The room was Clean, good location, and The Staff was Excellent! Every single one of them were Helpful, Courteous, and Friendly!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative was the cleaner used in the room left a strong smell but I would stay again.

My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. As of yet I have not been able to get a full refund. I alone need to pay for the first night’s stay even though the room did not meet the standards portrayed in the online advertising. Another caution; I had booked through Expedia. Expedia canceled the booking for me but claimed that I would have to pay for the first night unless Baymont’s front desk agreed! Think about it!

The room smelled like it had been inhabited by a smoker at one time, and they attempted to mask the odor by chemicals. The walls looked as though they had been painted fairly recently, and the floors were redone as well. The television was melted on one corner from a large flame, and was not receiving a signal. We attempted to call the front office to let them know, but the phone was not working. The water pressure was good, and was nice and hot for the shower, but the shower curtain rod was one tug away from falling on the floor. The bathroom door was filthy. The front door looked as though it had been broken down by the cops several times in the past, although it looks like they did paint over the dents. The bath towels were scratchy and smaller than normal. I mentioned the major issues to the desk clerk, and the response was they were in the process of making improvements to the property. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room are a little older but well maintained. Breakfast was perfect for something to start the day and pool very well kept up.

Hotel has lament floors, and we were having a hard time adjusting the room temperature a little warme,, so our feet felt damp walking around.
-
The room smelled like old packed down clothes. Do not recommend
-
The hotel room smell like lemon like they poured a whole bottle of lemon trying to add a smell the chair had stains on it. The bed was severely uncomfortable, and the pool is green when they said you can go swimming.
-
Room appeared clean then found used towels hanging behind the bathroom door. Awful smell of mold in the room.
-
Breakfast was meh. This property is great for a single guy who wants to just visit the casinos. It’s clean enough and cheap enough.
-
Poor breakfast pancakes, scrambled eggs and Some one said sausage, I only saw an empty crockpot Staff helpful Will not stay again, needs renovated

The young took me to look at the room. Unfortunately, the foreign lady had a problem with it. Her attitude was much to be desire for. A five star hotel doesn't have a problem giving you the key card to look. The room smell like wet animals, mold and mildew. In the corners was black slug. Glad I look first, would have been disappointed if I had to stay.

The location. The lady at the front desk was nice! Television issues

My wife and daughter stayed at this hotel recently. They said the entire place smelled of mold and cheap perfume like they tried to cover the bad scent. They threw their stuff in the room and hit the beach. They didnt pay much attention to the room. The second night, my wife goes to take a shower and notices something behind the toilet. It was a wad of USED feminine products. Fresh... she immediately took a pic and went to the front desk. The girl there literally brushed her off and helped other customers. Wouldn't reach out to her manager... nothing... so at 10:30 pm my wife and daughter make the 3 hour drive home because they wouldn't even come remove the pads from the room. Expedia is doing everything to try and help resolve this situation so theyre top-notch... always have been in my book... but this hotel? Wow... please do yourself a favor and pass this place by...

Handicap room was not for handicap people. Kept tripping over prison like bed frame. The bath was a challenge as there was a tub instead of a shower. Could not get my leg over the tub lip and the detachable shower head was too high to reach. Finally the sofa was dirty. Where did this motel get its 8.2 rating. Can’t believe it’s in the Wyndham family.
-
Very poor overall. They did not honor my reserved room. No service on towels, etc. for 3 days. I had to secure fresh towels myself. Minimal breakfast not as advertised best breakfast. No elevator. A lot of noise. Very expensive for lowest quality.
-
It was an ok room for the price needs a little updating on the furniture and the lamps were rusted
