Baymont by Wyndham Biloxi/Ocean Springs

The first night we stayed at this hotel we found the room smelling great, nice and cold and thought it was a good option. The next morning the shower had very little water pressure, barely ay water coming out. We were leaving that morning so we ignored it. On our way back from our trip we decided to stay in the same hotel since the room was nice and I we always have problems with hotel rooms being musty. We thought there's no way all rooms are going to have problems with shower water pressure. Boy I was so wrong!! When we walked into the room it smelled moldy, musty and so hot! nothing like the first room they gave us. We went to the office and asked for another room but again gave us a musty moldy smelling room, not as bad as the other one but still had a mold smell which is not good for your health. We decided to stay because it was late and just blasted the a/c. When is time to shower again no water pressure and only hot water, barely any cold water. We showered with drops of water which was vey annoying and uncomfortable. This hotel needs remodeling because its smells moldy, rusty everywhere and just not suitable for humans to sleep in. I did not sleep at all that night because the smell was so strong. I don't understand how they have this hotel in the category as a "very good" hotel. I do not recommend. Sorry!

Excellent stay, close to everything, felt our vehicle was very safe. Try the Waffle House close by! No regrets!!!!

Most importantly there wasn't any unwanted loitering we felt safe.

I unfortunately was very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The floor, bathroom, shower/tub and the bed was dirty. The sheets and towels had leftover hair that was not ours! Dirt left in the shower. Floor was dirty, had I not accidentally spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up I would not have been none the wiser. It was not swept or mopped as far as I could tell! Lastly the smell of mustiness and body odor in the room was extremely unpleasant. We had to purchase a small bottle of room deodorizer to spray in our room to make it bearable! We unfortunately will not reserve a room here again!

We left and did not stay the night. The parking lot activity made us wary. When we got to the room, the bed scarf had blood spot on it. We left and went to another hotel.

The hotel was nice, convenient location, clean, safe and comfortable. Family friendly and pet friendly. They offered convenient early check in and late check out options. The free breakfast was nice. I would stay at this hotel again. I recommend this hotel to others as a convenient, budget-friendly, safe and clean hotel.

The room was Clean, good location, and The Staff was Excellent! Every single one of them were Helpful, Courteous, and Friendly!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only negative was the cleaner used in the room left a strong smell but I would stay again.

My group had reserved 4 rooms for a 3 night stay. All four parties canceled their reservations. As of yet I have not been able to get a full refund. I alone need to pay for the first night’s stay even though the room did not meet the standards portrayed in the online advertising. Another caution; I had booked through Expedia. Expedia canceled the booking for me but claimed that I would have to pay for the first night unless Baymont’s front desk agreed! Think about it!

The room smelled like it had been inhabited by a smoker at one time, and they attempted to mask the odor by chemicals. The walls looked as though they had been painted fairly recently, and the floors were redone as well. The television was melted on one corner from a large flame, and was not receiving a signal. We attempted to call the front office to let them know, but the phone was not working. The water pressure was good, and was nice and hot for the shower, but the shower curtain rod was one tug away from falling on the floor. The bathroom door was filthy. The front door looked as though it had been broken down by the cops several times in the past, although it looks like they did paint over the dents. The bath towels were scratchy and smaller than normal. I mentioned the major issues to the desk clerk, and the response was they were in the process of making improvements to the property. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room are a little older but well maintained. Breakfast was perfect for something to start the day and pool very well kept up.
