Good job!

Need a microwave in the rooms and stop putting people in a room with a laundry shoot. Not very secure. Breakfast was not great but free with room. Other than all that it was ok.

Room was clean for the most part did have that stale smell but was overall clean especially for what I paid

Stay was good. Breakfast was okay, basic continental breakfast. Room clean and neat. Elevator was slow, only one for guest and hotel staff. Location was in a good and safe environment, the staff was friendly. Overall, the stay was good and I would recontend.

This was a very average hotel - in a convenient location for us. We took a road trip to Louisiana from Florida. Of all of the hotels we stayed at this was the most expensive and provided the least value.

I've worked for many different companies an usually stay at higher end hotels. This trip I didn't wanna spend hundreds of dollars on a room that I would barely be in. Check-in was nice front desk manager was sweet. Upon check-in Gm was extremely rude and loud to another guest checking in. I've NEVER WITNESSED that type of behavior from A General manager ever. Staff was friendly room was okay. Bathroom door locked on us an we had to figure out how-to open it. I had a room for my parents an they actually got locked out of their room an had to wait on maintenance to come an open their door it was almost 2am when he got there. By wrking in hotels I know some housekeepers pop sheets(dnt change them). We'll our bed had hair under the fitted sheet an not hust 1 stand. I didn't complain I understand you get what you pay for an this was definitely an experience an lesson well learned. I personally wouldn't stay here again.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfy. We were able to check in late. They conveniently had a washer and dryer and convenience area where you could buy things like laundry detergent, snacks, and feminine items. The breakfast was very good, it included everything, cinnamon raisin, plain, and cheddar bagels with cream cheese, strawberry cream cheese, and butter to go along with it. They also had a vanilla yogurt dispenser with toppings such as glazed walnuts, raisins, and brown sugar. Grits and oatmeal in individual packets were also available. Caption crunch and Frosted Flakes cereal with 2% milk and the Folgers coffee was great. The staff was amicable and made my stay enjoyable.

Convenient location. Good bagel bar in the morning.
