I rented a room for 2 nights to be able to take my grandkids swimming. They have some of the most friendly staff. Everytime I seen any of the staff they were cleaning or dealing with other customers. I will be back.

Upon arrival to the property. I did noticed there were lack of luggage carriers, and upon entrance the lobby, which was okay, nothing to brag about. Upon receiving my keys to my room, on the second floor. I exited the nasty elevator, the heat and the smell caught me my surprise. I entered my room (by the way was a suite). The smell continued, I went to the bedroom., and the AC unit was extremely loud, not just a little, but a lot. I went to the front desk, and asked the clerk; can you send the maintenance person to fix the unit? He replied! Since I had a suite the AC unit was larger then the non- suite rooms (which didn't make an sense). I left the location to get something to eat. Upon returning! I began to unpack my clothes, and convinced myself to get some sleep. However, that was extremely impossible after just a few minutes. I decided to go to front room, sat inside a chair (nasty) and then pulled another to place under my legs. The night was absolutely horrible. I packed my belongings, went to the front desk ( different clerk), I informed her of my concerns She attempted to speak with the owner, they attempted to move me to another room, which was most horrible then my previous room. I elected to check out early, even though I paid 3 days. I WILL NOT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES STAY THERE AGAIN. P.S. I was so much in a hurry to leave! I left my phone charge, and after speaking with the staff, they mailed my charger to me at a cost of $15.00 dollars, go figure.

    Furniture dirty.

The desk and surfaces were dingy. We went down to the front desk to get a broom, mop, and bleach just so my wife and kids felt remotely comfortable. I cleaned the room and we layered the beds with extra sheets to sleep. It was too late to leave to find another hotel and we had already paid. I would love a refund. In fact I regret paying for this stay. The owners should be embarrassed to be in the hospitality industry. Please. We deserve the money back.

The Non smoking room was smoked in and smelt stale. The entire floor smelt like skunk weed. They had given our room away which was 2 queens and only had 1 king available and we had our disabled child with us in which the room was not handicap friendly. The bed had stains on it, and the shower was out of shampoo and shower gel. There was a couple of homeless people outside begging for money, so we informed the front Desk in which they did nothing. The same homeless people were there all night and again the next day. I think there was even a prostitution ring going on as we saw a couple of ladies being dropped off and picked back up several times by the same vehicle. This is a real dirty and shady hotel. Stay away and book somewhere else.

The hotel was not maintained properly and neglected. On top of that we received calls late at night from unknown people both nights we stayed. Very suspicious and we will not be staying there again. And we paid almost $400 for 2 nights. Ridiculous.

The front desk guy was super nice when we checked in. The breakfast was not worth waking up for. The juice machine was out and they had to switch it and the OJ still didn’t seem right after. Rude guests that wouldn’t move to allow anyone to fix anything, so we just went back upstairs. The rooms were ok, but had an odd smell. We had to move the bed because we dropped something and it needs some serious cleaning back there. Sticky, needs mopping badly. I always check the mattress covers too, and they could stand a bleaching. The bathroom sinks were nice, but the bathroom floors and shower need a serious overhaul. I wore shower shoes in the shower and in the bathroom like I was at summer camp. Parking was fine. Location was good. The pool was very clean, but small. Gym looked clean and nice but small. Beds were comfy to me. Air finally cooled well at night, but during day had a trouble keeping up. Overall not TOO bad for the price, but I wouldn’t book here again. If the bathrooms were updated, I probably would. It was worth it for price though.
