This was very nice place to stay

I did not like my invitation very much, I changed it to a matrimonial one because it smelled of pee and at night it did not serve the Waflera very well .

I can't rate hotel because I didn't stay there.☹️

Run down property. Loud drunks screaming in the halls at night.

Overall not terrible. Most likely won't be staying again. I booked 2 months in advance, asked for a conjoined room and it couldn't be accommodated. We weren't even on the same floor. The hotel wasn't entirely dirty it just wasn't the cleanest. Laundry room was out of order. Breakfast was scarce. Overall too expensive for not the best of places!

Everything was A1 no problems

The room was great. The hall ways smelled like weed. It was horrible. Breakfast could have improved. we went 3 of the 5 days to eat and there was no meat. Only eggs, biscuits and gravy. We opted to not eat at the hotel at all. Just went to the breakfast area for coffee. All in all, we will stay there again hopefully it will smell better in the hall ways and have better breakfast options.

In bathroom no hot water

The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom. Hair in the bedroom. Dust on the floor. Couldn’t get wash cloths and towels unless you went to the front desk. Cleaning people had a don’t give a dam attitude. I rate the stay 3/10.

Room could have been cleaner. Dirty spots on the bedroom area walls.

No we won’t be staying there again. It really updating on clean up

The room smelled weird. The water coming from the shower had a weird smell. The couch cushions were stained. The pullout bed had mold spots and was very raggedy. The regular beds were nice and soft though. But I wouldn’t book there again.

Mold smell immediately when walk in. Mattress had mold on it spoke to front desk said nothing they could do about it. My husband woke up the next morning sick to his stomach. Beware!

The front desk staff was courteous. However, the carpet in the hallway looked and smelled bad. The room assigned to me smelled very moldy and terrible. There was stamding water which poured from under the refrigerator onto the floor. The actual mold was under the refrigerator. The refrigerator was not cold enouh to maintain the required temp for my medication and the staff told me that the temperature could not be changed. I checked out after the first night and still waiting for my credt card to be credited for the night that I did not stay. The manager did not offer a room change or any solution. I was very, very disappointed 😞.

My room wasn’t cleaned properly the bathroom had tissue under the counter. The hotel needs new toilet seats, the color is off and soiled. They sheets and towels are grey looking and doesn’t come clean, very thin. Pillows are old and smell through the thin, dingy pillow cases. The hotel has a mold smell. The curtains are old and dry rotted. Fire extinguisher was missing from cabinet, and the ones that were in the cabinet is outdated for inspection.

Great stay

This property is in serious need of repairs . Our sink and bathtub were cracked. The sleeper sofa cushions were completely worn out, part of frame was falling off the sofa. One of the queen beds frame was so worn that it creeked anytime the occupant moved. The breakfast is a joke. The room ac actually vibrates the entire room.
