Towels had holes. Crawling Bugs on the floor. One soap only ., microwave smelled so bad. Fridge does not have a freezer. Staff very friendly.family owned franchise. Breakfast was cereal and make your o n waffles like other hotels. That was breakfast. I opted to eat out, after getting up early to eat breakfast. It was a stay that I rather not go back to. I was there to relax. I couldn’t cancel because she said I paid to a third party and she cannot do anything. So I had no choice but to stay. After paying extra to expirian. Also she charged for a deposit and said the money will be refunded. Today is Wednesday and I’m yet to see the refund. I called the front desk and employee said she couldn’t find me in the system. That answer is unacceptable.

Hotel was supposed to be non smoking but when 1st room stunk of weed. 2nd room was stink of mold. The tub was clogged of hair the hallways was dirty carpet and air freshener in the lobby masked the bad odor. We didnt even stay we just left.

No biscuits at breakfast 😞.

Staff was awesome, very helpful and accommodating. Towels were cleaned, but had hair in them here and there. Building is old, has been renovated, but still has older appearances here and there. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Sofa bed, don't do it. Overall a good budget option. Traveled with 4 kids.

The staff are very helpful, and they are very nice. Have stayed there several times. Interstate is right around the corner.

Staff, especially Julia, were super helpful. But the place was crazy expensive (though it was the 4th) and the room were very noisy and needed an update. Works for a stop over but other than that, I would avoid it

The staff were great, they helped us with additional towels and checked onus frequently because I was using a cane to get around and they encouraged me.

The staff was super friendly, and the room was better than expected for the price. This is because we basically didn't check in until a day late so our room was untouched during a humid and rainy period. The smell upon entry was not the greatest from the stagnant air, it was a kinda moldy smell but it went away after coming and going, I really do believe it was from the ac pulling the cool humid air from the outside. May want to consider having some air fresheners in the rooms if left untouched for a day or so.
