The property was right off the highway making easy to access. Traffic was loud at times because the property was close to the highway.

Friendly staff, clean room, working a/c, fairly comfortable beds 1st room the lock didn’t work…. No problem things happen. 2nd room we were assigned was nice, then getting ready for a shower, found there were no bath towels in a room with 2 queen bed. Normally, at least 4 sets of towels. There were 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. Again the staff was friendly and quickly got us towels but, … they should have been in the room. And I guess a little higher price point has coffee maker, not a big deal but noticed. Breakfast was just waffles or cereal it appeared. Might have been more but was very limited

Good location to Ocean Springs downtown, however very close to busy highway. Very noisy. Price for room very reasonable for area. Comfortable beds. Spider webs in room. Loose tub faucet and shower head. Tub very slippery. I slipped and hit knee on tub. Had to purchase non-slip tub mat. No battery cover on TV remote. Electrical outlet by bathroom sink didn't work. Breakfast was lacking.

We checked in around 11pm and the first room we got looked nice but when we moved the top comforter the sheet was stained and dead bed bugs all over the sheets and under the pillow. I went to the guy in the office who didnt seem to care or apologize and gave me a key to a room upstairs. That room was bed bug free but I took pictures of the stains on the sheets. I did tell the morning gentleman and he gave me the name of the manager and said he would be in at 11. I call at 1pm and the guy tells me on the phone he will be back at 3pm. The front desk guy didnt explain to me the manager only is there 4 hours a day 2 different times. Very disappointed because the hotel had good reviews but it was nasty for my family to be in

Location is a good place need to add iron and iron board to the room alone with a bar to hold on in t he shower The breakfast only had mini waffles and cereal need to add more

The staff was very courteous, so that’s why I gave the hotel a rating of two. The bad news is the place is a dump. The sign said newly remodeled but that doesn’t make up for all the things wrong with this place. The room had such a bad odor I went to the dollar tree and bought air freshener to spray in the room. The sheets and comforter were nasty and stained. The room was not the cleanest either. There is constant commotion going on in the parking lot and surrounding rooms. People stay by the week here so I saw what was I assumed as families living there. Kids were outside my room throwing a ball and yelling. People coming in and out all hours of the night. There was running and stomping in the room above me half the night. There were smashed beer cans all around my vehicle the next day. This place is not fit to stay at. I would not recommend it to anyone unless you are super desperate.

Will rent again. Most definitely.
