Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Grandview

Room was clean, staff was friendly.

This hotel chain is one of our FAVORITES! I love the evening dinner/snacks and the breakfast in the morning! The hotel was well decorated, maintained and in a good/safe location. The hotel staff were very pleasant. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Everything about this place is top notch. Maybe not for family who want a pool for kids, staff is super friendly and helpful. Separate bedroom with great mattress and pillows. Roomy.

Could do better on the cleanliness.

Great spot

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel in a whole was very clean and safe. I look forward to staying here again.

Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Room includes both breakfast and dinner. Good food. Saved us a lot on eating out. Dinner menu rotates every three nights bit always has chips with salsa and cheese , hotdogs, some kind of salad (spinach leaf, spring mix etc). Would stay here again.

10 out of 10. Great staff.

I will be back for sure!

astaff very Friendly Room neat and clean

Awesome place!

Very clean! Staff were very helpful and sweet people. We will stay there again

Staff was super friendly and we loved the kickbacks they have

The young lady on the front desk was so happy to see us and told us everything about the hotel. We both loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool.

The atmosphere was very unwelcoming. Staff approach me with an aggressive tone. Food was horrible and not prepared correctly. Was woken up by an unexpected loud noise, unannounced which caused an headache. Overall I felt a strong sense of being unwanted.

Very clean room and staff was great. Highly recommended hotel.

This hotel offered a great breakfast and the unexpected surprise of an evening snack time the size of dinner. The rooms were also very nice.

We loved this hotel. Everyone was so nice. The breakfast was fantastic and the happy hour was fun too!! This hotel is the cleanest hotel and I look forward to staying again. Everyone so welcoming and nice!!

Our stay was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast was great. There are a few areas where the rooms are starting to show some wear and tear, but all in all, it was a positive experience, and we would stay here again.

It was our first Drury and loved it. We will definitely be booking in the future.
