From the moment walking in to the moment I checked out, staff was amazing, my room was clean, the bar downstairs was amazing! Drinks were good. I stayed for a concert and this was the best choice.

This is a solid hotel with a nice bar

Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Also, there was no outdoor pool and I had to pay for parking.

Around the shower doors there was so much mold, like nobody cleans there! Also, there was someone else’s hair in the shower. The hallway smelled AWFUL we were told that it was “a leak”. Avoid this property you will be glad you did.

I was having a procedure at Grandview Medical and the staff were very kind. The front desk helped my knows to get a room in our floor last minute. I wish there had been a continental breakfast but the complimentary coffee was good. Would definitely stay again.

friendly staff, well maintained facility, ease and convenience of location. provided breakfast was very nice tv remote was inconvenient, did not work properly, I was told they would charge for parking, but desk agent waived the parking charge, so that was unexpected

Good location. Breakfast was ok. I had two rooms. My daughter’s room had a dirty wash cloth in shower as well as hair. Also had hair in her fruit at breakfast bar.
