La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Birmingham - Inverness

The place stuck was in a bad location people or family would just look at you crazy. I was so uncomfortable after 10 minutes there that I asked fir sum of my money back because I was not staying there. It was tge worst place I've ever booked.

Room quiet, a/c cooled well. Easy ride to work (good location) No ice on any floor but 2nd. Card key didn't work most of the time without alot of hassle. Shower out of body shampoo. Breakfast ran out of food. Shower handle for faucet was nearly falling off. Bed frame squeaked a lot if I wiggled or moved.

Priced well Rooms looked very used, chipped tubs, foors behind everything that isn't in the open are starting to gather dirt. A good spot to look is behind bathroom door.

rooms were a decent size & sheets were cleaned. towels were dirty & stained. everytime the AC came on during the night, it made a extremely loud bang & woke me up every time. bed was stiff. there was damage in the bathroom that looked as if it was a motel & damage to the wall.

Everything was great except there was no hot water in the shower (room 230)

The location When the reservations was made we requested the first floor. Once checked in they had us on the 3rd floor, and the room we was in the sink had a bad leak and the bathroom toilet wouldn't flush.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was great as well. The hallway and partly or room stunk of Marijuana and it was not pleasant. I was traveling with my 5 month old baby and having to worry about if she is going to be affected by it was not great. We should not have to worry about that in a public place like this!!

Close to the main road The front staff was very rude especially the Indian guy.

Room and sheets were clean. The hotel is in need of an update. On a very difficult area to get to as it has no stop light

THE TELEVISION WAS NOT WORKING .. HOTEL STAFF HAD TO GET THE TELEVISION AND WIFI WORKING !!! THE STAFF DID A GREAT JOB FIXING MY ISSUES ! THE HOTEL STAFF SHOULD HAVE ALL COSMETICS COMPLETED BEFORE ANY ROOM IS RENTED OUT. ALL IMMENITIES SHOULD BE WORKING BEFORE A GUEST BOOKS AND SHOWS UP FOR LODGING !!!
