We could not stay! A roach met us when we opened the door! There was a dead roach on the sink! The cardboard bed would not suffice for sleeping. The tissue rolls had been half used; no new rolls installed. The room smelled horrible!

The room was very clean. The elevator didn’t work and I was on the third floor. The young man at the desk did help get our suitcase up the stairs, but there was a dog in the room next door that whimpered all night. The man a the front desk was helpful in getting my clothes washed. Over all I would stay there again.

Water turned off for several hours when we arrived but that was due to a busted pipe which did get fixed by the evening. Otherwise all was good.

None of the ice machines had ice. There were 3 different machines and at least one should have been working. The staff did provide us with ice from the office. It was clean but I did see a few cockroaches.

It was good the WiFi was horrible and the tub and sink was stopped up but other than that the stay was good

Towels very old and worn. Not enough provided initially upon arriving in the room. Had to request certain things be done, such as trash emptying and room cleaning. Stayed a week and never once was roomed cleaned. No floors were swept, no beds were made. The cost of the room was a decent deal, so this was a prime example of getting what you pay for. Decent for just a very short term stay only.
