Elevator doesn't work. Cockroaches in the room. Bedding wasn't washed. Didn't get any new towels. Only thing good about that place was it was right next to a bagel and coffee joint

Customer service at the front desk was excellent. No complaints. It went downhill from there. Very tired hotel. Room was rundown and is in need of a total gut. Holes in the walls from shelves being moved that were never repaired. Water damage everywhere (walls, ceilings) with less than adequate or no repair. Rust marks in the shower near the drain. Cleanliness was awful in the bathroom. The wall had some sort of waste marks running down the wall that look like it's never been cleaned. The transition bench also had what appears to be waste left on it. The bedroom was better but not great. Forget about the fridge or microwave, both were not usable. Security with the door left me hardly sleeping as there were gaps around the door that you could literally see light through (1/2" wide). Message on the door said to lock the deadbolt to help secure the room. Unbelievable. This hotel was sold out. I can't image that. Why? Pass all the way around.

Had roaches and mold. The property was old and outdated with some cosmetic upgrades.. it’s like putting lipstick on a pig. I would not stay there again.

Roaches & spider webs . Floors were not cleaned at all . Dusty . Some lamps didn’t even have bulbs .

The room was in poor condition: the walls were dirty, and there were cockroaches. It was covered in dust, and the guests in the neighboring rooms were practically shouting during the night. I did not even feel comfortable using the shower. We checked in at 10:00 PM and handed back the room keys before 7:00 AM. My stay at the hotel was highly disappointing

We could not stay! A roach met us when we opened the door! There was a dead roach on the sink! The cardboard bed would not suffice for sleeping. The tissue rolls had been half used; no new rolls installed. The room smelled horrible!

The room was very clean. The elevator didn’t work and I was on the third floor. The young man at the desk did help get our suitcase up the stairs, but there was a dog in the room next door that whimpered all night. The man a the front desk was helpful in getting my clothes washed. Over all I would stay there again.

Water turned off for several hours when we arrived but that was due to a busted pipe which did get fixed by the evening. Otherwise all was good.
