Great little get away

Would not stay here room I reserved was not available got moved to a smaller room said they would not assist in refunded the deference, would not give me a receipt. Room was not very clean lights flickered hotel was noisy. Super disappointed in our stay

Staff were friendly. Great location. Was not able to access room safe due to previous guest closing the safe door. The key to open the room safe door was not on site. I had to carry my valuables with me.

Kids I would have left. This will deter me from using holiday inn in in the future. No bathtub stopper. The toilet handle was broken.

Just a suggestion to repair the molding in the bathroom. It was falling off of the wall and is in need of some maintenance.
