Great breakfast, hot shower, quiet environment and very safe

Hotel was good. Front desk just super slow.

Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful!

The location was perfect. Close to everything! Staff was super nice. The only complaint I had was the pool did not look that clean and so close in parking lot.

Located in nice area. Convenient. They ran out of coffee at breakfast. When told about the coffee, staff was not apologetic but mainly just indifferent.

Room seemed clean. Hallways needed vacuuming and trash cans across the property were all overflowing. Property showing some age, but nothing terrible.

Syrups were out. Area was not clean or restocked. Coffee cups, lids & then the coffee itself were out. Bed was awful to sleep in. Thin & noisy. Not comfortable. Blanket & pillows had a damp feel to them. 2 washcloths for 3 people in the room. Hotel had a mildewy smell

When we arrived after 3pm only 1 of 2 of our rooms was ready. There were six ladies. We had an event at 6pm so we had to pile in one room to get ready.

I had problems with the TV remote and the ceiling started leaking from the heavy rain. I did notify them of the issues but never got a response.

The first night in the room, there were strands of hair in the shower as well as smudges on the bathroom mirror. I could see that the floor had not been swept. The pillow cases on the bed l slept in, did not look clean and had a very strong odor on them. I did tell the desk clerk the following morning of my concerns. Upon returning to the room that evening, the bathroom had been cleaned and the pillow cases had been replaced. That made a tremendous difference and l had a much better night sleep. I appreciated the clerk taking my concerns seriously. He was very polite.

Nothing, even the coffee wasn't good. The receptionist wasn't exactly friendly; the room smelled of dampness and urine. The sofa was dirty and in poor condition. It was obvious they don't clean, as there was ash—or something similar—on the nightstand. Overall, it was very dirty and smelled bad.

Location Didn’t get the room we reserved, coffee maker empty and had to ask for new coffee and didn’t have some breakfast items available.

Clean room, friendly staff. Ample parking. Breakfast okay.

The ceiling has water damage over one of the beds. Not very reassuring. Otherwise the room was fine.

Everything was excellent. The room, the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness were perfect.

light next to one bed / clock did not work / sink in bathroom would not drain / kept call service number with no one answering it / tried to talk with maid who seemingly did speak english / the way that one shower door was fixed, you had to lean in to tirn shower on and got blasted with cold water.
