Our room was very clean and well maintained. The air con worked well,although a little noisy. Over all the property was well maintained and quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the better hotels we have stayed in.

Luckily I found a sheet to put on top of the sheet. There was mold in the shower. Hampton is just old.

This was a perfect getaway. I will definitely return. Breakfast was delicious even my picky toddler enjoyed! Close to Rock City Church, pool was open, staff was very friendly!

The location is excellent and across from fantastic eateries. The hotel staff is friendly and the grounds are nicely kept. However, the carpets on our hallway walkway toward our room were somewhat musty and some of the furnishings in our room and in the lobby are worn or in need of reupholstering. Our room window shade was also a bit worn and our bathroom tub was peeling. The room smelled a bit musty (likely because of the carpet) so we kept the air cold to keep the smell away.

All of it was very good- very satisfied.

The location was perfect. Close to everything! Staff was super nice. The only complaint I had was the pool did not look that clean and so close in parking lot.

Room seemed clean. Hallways needed vacuuming and trash cans across the property were all overflowing. Property showing some age, but nothing terrible.

The breakfast was great!

Syrups were out. Area was not clean or restocked. Coffee cups, lids & then the coffee itself were out. Bed was awful to sleep in. Thin & noisy. Not comfortable. Blanket & pillows had a damp feel to them. 2 washcloths for 3 people in the room. Hotel had a mildewy smell

When we arrived after 3pm only 1 of 2 of our rooms was ready. There were six ladies. We had an event at 6pm so we had to pile in one room to get ready.

I had problems with the TV remote and the ceiling started leaking from the heavy rain. I did notify them of the issues but never got a response.

Front desk staff Ms Charlene was amazing and so helpful! Clean rooms and parking was amazing!

Didn’t get the room we reserved, coffee maker empty and had to ask for new coffee and didn’t have some breakfast items available.
