Nice stay

We arrived and there it smelled nice and clean. Check in was quick. There was some trash on the property outside I noticed. Our door didn’t close or lock properly. The toilet didn’t flush well at all. We got a suite which needed extra pillows and blankets. Went to get them and he said they were out of pillows to roll a blanket up in place. Sheets did fit on one of the beds. We killed a roach in the bathroom. Husband showered and the towel had a huge hole in it. Pool was green and kids couldn’t swim. Not many tv channels and no Disney+ option only Netflix. I’ve machine on our floor didn’t work. This was our third hotel in 6 days and it was disappointing.

Oh, breakfast, served on weekends from 7am-9ish but on weekdays 8am-10ish - seems backwards to me as people tend to want to relax on the weekend. Also, the television system that provides hotel info does not have days or hours of available services. Oh, yeah woke to green pool Sunday - thought I was in DC.

The pool was green, there was no working water fountain on the main floor or water in the gym. The shower head wasn’t secured well so water kept leaking all over the floor. Also I’m not sure why it advertises for 7 people when it’s 2 queens and a twin trundle. Over all it was “ok” but lacked some basic things.

Loved everything about it except there weren’t a ton of breakfast options at the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great proximity to the Summit. Room was cool and clean, and the bathroom was great. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still adequate.
-
Spiders coming down off the wall. Air conditioning not working in the room and 100 degrees outside. Room felt drafty and moist. Had to move all of my stuff out of the room myself after finding out A/C not working . The other room moved too was drafty and moist. Cheap tasteless breakfast. Coffee out all the time.

Our room was not ready after the check in time, the staff was not accommodating, and our air did not work. The staff's resolution to no air was to give us a box fan that did not work on high. The rooms leaked because of the rain. It was a terrible experience.

There were stains on comforter and shower curtain

There was one particular worker who was working when on the night of Friday, June 19th. I forgot his name, but he was a larger build white name. I wish I remembered his name because I hate to have had described him that way. Well, he was amazing and the sweetest. There was a softball team that came in and one of the women that the receptionist was assisting was extremely rude to to him. She snatched a card out of his hand and called him a stupid kid to some of the other coaches. It really made me mad because he was working so hard to fix the issue and she was an entitled _____. I pray that this review reaches the right person to that they can know that they have an amazing employee that needs a raise!! I’m sorry I don’t remember his name but please just review the schedule of who was working Friday night around 8 pm.

The room was nice. The front desk made me feel I was be welcomed home at the end of the work day.

The pillows were flat, teh blankets super scratchy. The breakfast was lacking and missing a lot of stuff. No ice maker near the food. We prefer the Drury food.
-
Check in was super easy! Was a very nice staff on night & morning. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but were able to get some quickly. The only downfall was that there was multiple stains on the bedding and couch. The pull out bed had a lot of stains as well. There was also hair in the bathtub. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Room was cold. Food was yummy and so was the coffee.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We had a big group and they were nice enough to let us eat in the lobby with our takeout.
-
The staff was exceptional, friendly and helpful. Worn furniture, traffic noise, inability to control the room temoerature.
-
Clean, up to date staff great
-
Close to lots of places to eat and easy access off of interstate. Stayed one night and would stay again
-
Our room was smaller than any other Springhill Suites I have ever visited. It was across from the laundry room where there was constant noise. The noise from the interstate was also bad. There was only one tiny trash can in the room. I would not stay here again.
