Smells rooms

Everything about this hotel was great! Breakfast was amazing. The only thing can recommend is to update/fix game room for the kids. We were very pleased once again with our stay. Thank you!

The entire staff was very friendly. Everything was great, especially the food at the Steel Cafe.

The rooms were clean and somewhat updated but the property itself needs a complete overhaul hauling. The staff was amazing. 5 stars to the staff.

Good location to Protective Stadium. No pool due to renovations. Nice, friendly staff

The stay was great. We were told that renovations were in the works, which explained the temperature in the hallway to our room. We could tell it was an older model Holiday Inn. The room was accommodating and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was as advertised and we enjoyed it.

Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Location is near the landmarks we were there to see. The breakfast and food at the bar was delicious. Happy hour was cool. The room surprisingly had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. The only real cons: Room had a musty smell, Room was on the street side, so the outside light was super bright when trying to sleep.

Absolutely the nastiest holiday inn I have ever stayed at. IGH should have standards much higher than this.

The one positive of this property is the proximity to the airport and the security on the property. Otherwise this would be a never do again. The second floor carpet is heavily stained and the entire floor smells strongly of mildew. The walls are paper thin, we literally could hear entire conversations from rooms on both sides of us. We did NOT get fresh towels, room wasn’t cleaned, the furniture looked 20 years old and run down and the toilet tissue is literally one ply. We requested a luggage rack which front desk staff they would bring right up, never arrived. The only view is of Ron down buildings or shipping containers. Any hotel but this one folks!

Water took awhile to get hot

No free breakfast as mentioned and not advised the pool was under renovation and really overall the holiday inn was not at all maintained as other holiday inns

The staff was the best part of the stay. Our check-in was seamless and truly a service, since we had to come in late due to many flight cancellations, and were exhausted when we arrived. The desk staff were so kind and helpful.

This is a very outdated hotel. The room was not well maintained. My door was open when I went to my room. The front desk totally dismissed my concern when I finally was able to ask about it because she was busy flirting with another guest. The lock did not work properly so I had to block it with chairs. I did not sleep well as I did not feel safe. There is nothing in the area and the location gives a rough neighborhood vibe. No hot water at all so I had to take an ice cold shower. Again I was dismissed by the front desk-her reply when I called was that was normal in this size of hotel because they were fully booked. I waited until early early morning to shower and it was still ice cold. In the better side-the young lady in the restaurant was very friendly and so was the shuttle driver. The front desk person was friendly but uncaring. Would never stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bar was very casual and comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and so was the lady at the front desk checking in. The shuttle was on time and got me to the airport in time for my flight.
