Location for our trip to Knoxville. Room was hot and took forever to cool down. Hot water took at least 20 minutes to get to our room to shave or shower. Bed was king size and broken on the door side of bed where you wanted to roll off the bed all night. Think people stay here for airport ease.

The room did not have a remote for the TV. Was given 3 non worked. Finally maintenance took care of it. Toilet ran continuously and had to be manually manipulated to stop.

Grabbed a bed after multiple flight delays. Could’ve been worse, and the staff was great. Quiet room, but for the price, I expected a fresher and more rejuvenating experience

It is also not the closest to the airport. We past the Ramada on the way there at night. On foot. My husband has bone cancer and I have asthma. And if that wasn’t enough when we got there my room had mold. An actual health hazard and I have yet to get a refund or compensation for the health concerns of my room.

The customer service was impeccable!! The staff was super friendly, professional and extremely resourceful. There was an odor in the room. Smelled sour or of mildew.

Took forever to check in and get an airport transfer. Breakfast was fine but underwhelming for $14/person. Glad I only had to stay one night. Staff were friendly but seemed untrained and understaffed.
