Staff at the bar was excellent
-
Great services excellent stay!

The staff was the best part of the stay. Our check-in was seamless and truly a service, since we had to come in late due to many flight cancellations, and were exhausted when we arrived. The desk staff were so kind and helpful.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, but the bathrooms weren’t really clean, the breakfast was amazing

This is a very outdated hotel. The room was not well maintained. My door was open when I went to my room. The front desk totally dismissed my concern when I finally was able to ask about it because she was busy flirting with another guest. The lock did not work properly so I had to block it with chairs. I did not sleep well as I did not feel safe. There is nothing in the area and the location gives a rough neighborhood vibe. No hot water at all so I had to take an ice cold shower. Again I was dismissed by the front desk-her reply when I called was that was normal in this size of hotel because they were fully booked. I waited until early early morning to shower and it was still ice cold. In the better side-the young lady in the restaurant was very friendly and so was the shuttle driver. The front desk person was friendly but uncaring. Would never stay here again.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bar was very casual and comfortable atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly and so was the lady at the front desk checking in. The shuttle was on time and got me to the airport in time for my flight.

1. I arrive and check in, they were super nice. While checking in a lady comes down and complains about her room flooding. 2. I get upstairs and my room looks like a matchbox, it is outdated, and you can't open the fridge without sliding the footrest to the chair over. 3. I go to the restroom and the toilet doesn't flush. I go back downstairs to swap rooms taking all of my things. He says he is upgrading me to an executive suite. He also gives me a voucher to eat breakfast for free. Yes the room was bigger but it stinks because it's old and outdated, the bed had no covers on them, they were on the floor and stained, no towels and the room wasn't clean. I leave my things this time and tell them to get it fixed because I am about to be late for my event fooling with them. He offers to change the room again. I said no just clean it. He says no I am going to change it. Then he chases me outside and says I'll just have the staff clean it up for you. 4. I get back, room is clean, but now I can't log into the internet. I call. Come to find out he moved the room in the system so I had to log in under the room I never moved to. 5. Breakfast - Was like jail food. Powdered eggs, grits you can suck through a straw, hard biscuits, weak coffee, and the bacon and potatoes may have been the best. * You all should be ashamed! Shut down an renovate! It wasn't worth the $138 discount!

The room did not have a remote for the TV. Was given 3 non worked. Finally maintenance took care of it. Toilet ran continuously and had to be manually manipulated to stop.

Very good

Grabbed a bed after multiple flight delays. Could’ve been worse, and the staff was great. Quiet room, but for the price, I expected a fresher and more rejuvenating experience
