The staff was very friendly. Bedbugs were in the room. No refrigerator or microwave.

Super sketchy area. Man standing outside my window late at night. Ppl wander around that aren't even stating there. Mold in the shower. Took 20 minutes to get the water warm but water never got hot. Super old rooms. Pool was disgusting.

There was a dead roach in the bathroom floor when I checked in. The nightstand light bulb was blown. The "Non-Smoking" reeked of stale smoke.

Location, beds my daughter was bitten by a spider had to be admitted to hospital when we returned home. Staff was alright for the location

Air conditioner opt worked on low heat, high cool..no midddle! No toilet paper, when requested took 2 hours to bring it. Taking a shower the next morning notices several black hair in shower. . Mine is blouse. Went to tell manager at check out...ZERO..
