It was an okay stay just needed more breakfast options

Room was nice and spacious.

We didn't like anything, except for the clean beds. If not for the clean beds and our exhaustion from travel, we would have left immediately. It was a filthy property, completely uncared for. Serious amounts of dirt and grime on floors, woodwork (which had been primed but not painted), walls. Lots of unfilled nail holes all over our room. Front desk was not at all friendly or welcoming. Never a smile or greeting. The building structure is in bad shape. I saw a bulkhead in dining room that was cracked and sagging, about to fall. Breakfast (????) was supposed to start at 6:30 but front desk said they would have some food out by 6:50. By 7:00 there was still only dry cereal and toast (no jelly, honey, etc.) It was dark and dingy in the dining room and not worth calling a breakfast. Beware!

Cigarette burns in the bed. Blood stains on the sheets. No working AC on any of the floors or elevators. WI-FI didn't work. People hanging out in the lobby and parking lot smoking pot. I told them about the sheets and not having any towels they tried to give me a wash cloth. I would recommend never staying there.

Plumbing didn't work, hairdryer didn't work, hard to open doors, when you showered, you couldnt close curtain properly so water standing on bathroom floor when shower was over, charging station didn't work, ice machines out, no washrags

The Fabuloso chokes you before you can even get through the doors. It’s so bad you can taste it. The lobby is a hodgepodge of different themes of furniture. The outside is sketchy…. Come to think of it, the lady at the front desk never even greeted us. It’s a nasty little hole in the wall. Please don’t stay here!!!!!

My first impression is they have a population of homeless living there. It needs a makeover more than words can express. Walls hasn’t been cleaned or painted in years. I could keep going but I won’t. The good was friendly staff, it had a working shower with hot water that drained, tiled roomed (no carpet) and the sheets were clean.
