Staff was not helpful. No parking for a full size truck. No valet services except for the weekend. I arrived on Tuesday. No carts for bags, desk claimed everyone takes them to their rooms. No desk Staff so had to go to another end of the building (walking and carrying all my stuff) about 1_4 of a mile through the cassino. It was very bad. Almost left and used my room insurance. If I hadn't been so tired I would have. It was horrible. Almost worst experience I have ever had, except for the military.

Booked two rooms double queens! Had enough towels for two not the four people in each room. Front desk said to call housekeeping that never answered took until next afternoon to get more towels and toilet paper. 4 of the plugs in one room didn’t work and the lamp one got hot had to unplug it. Broken glass left on bathroom floor as well as pee around the bottoms of the toilet. One of the mattresses was so broken down had to put a pillow in it to be able to sleep on it. There was some kind of fluid run down one wall by the bed as well as a booger on the other wall. Around the beds and walls had a build up of dead skin and dust. Was informed the next morning the security buttons on the phone weren’t functioning so if you had emergency you had to call 911. Rude night clerk wouldn’t even look up from her phone call to acknowledge me. Paid over $900 for two nights stay expected more from a hotel that’s supposed to be one of the nicest. Had better experience before at a motel 6. The casino was nice the food good.

Alert!!! If you are looking for a getaway to celebrate or to entertain, lady luck is not the place!!! After a day of travel, we entered our room and wanted to get a shower to freshen up for the evening. It was disappointing to say the least when there was long black ladies hair on the shower tile. When we brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, the only thing we heard were excuses. The front desk lady reached out to management, management said they would look into it and have a housekeeper clean the shower tile. When we made it back to our room for the evening at 1:30 in the morning, the shower still had not been cleaned . When we brought this to attention to the staff, we only heard excuses. We had to prove our concern by showing photos and videos.. The staff not once advocated for us the customer. We only heard excuses. We are celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary, the last thing we want to do is be concerned with cleanliness of the room. Wondering what else is dirty. All this trouble to get ab$20.00 resort fee waived …. Caesars management, we know Lady Luck is an affiliate of yours is this how you want to be represented? Advocating for the customer acknowledging the concern and apologizing for the inconvenience would have done wonders for our experience. This did not happen. Caesars or good luck please respond to least acknowledge that you care more than make excuses!!!

great location. no staff available. when I requested blankets they said they would provide some but never did.

Not expensive and worth the money. Everything was clean, staff helpful, easy check out. Just needed a microwave. Did have a refrigerator but could not heat up leftover or Starbucks coffee that I put in the refrigerator so made an iced coffee. All in all not a bad stay if you don’t opt for luxury. It was acceptable.

Comfortable rooms There was no spa
-
Room was what we needed to crash for the night.

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean, although a little cold even on the Summer Solstice - we figured it out The food at the restaurant and cafe was horrible. My girlfriend sent back the pancakes, PANCAKES!!, as being dry and hard (she NEVER sends back anything!). The grilled chicken sandwiches from the grill were hard and, OH SO DRY! NO amount of sauce of any kind could remedy that!!! Still I'd go back, just dine elsewhere!

Room air conditioner was not working, HOT. Sent a fan and will work on problem for next guest. Not much good for us!!
