The room was super clean, the staff was very helpful when we needed anything, from fresh linens to coffee. OMG the Monarch Chophouse was by far the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. We were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary, and couldn’t have made a better decision. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional.

The Hotel and Casino has no musical entertainment or shows. The rooms were elegant and well maintained. The hotel allows dogs in the rooms so be aware. I stepped in dog manure near the elevators and tracked it quite a distance before I realized what that smell was. The hotel has a couple of elegant restaurants plus an upscale 24/7 cafe. I would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay and we can’t wait to come back. My friends and I went for a weekend spa trip and that was the most amazing experience we had. Their rooms are exceptionally clean and luxurious and the spa experience was phenomenal.

They need place for dogs where they ph or pu I can't find any place to go or dogs is part of our family a least some small place with grass.

Nice hotel/casino but the elevator situation is a complete mess. can't get anywhere quickly, no room buttons to visit family on another floor etc.

I wanted to spend my birthday at the pool & was sadly disappointed that the bar was closed !! So we had to go down to casino & bar would only let us purchase one drink each, so everyone had to go down separate!! VERY INCONVENIENT !!! Also the door leading out from pool area to outside jacuzzi was constantly sticking & hard to open!! The bar was open by pool on first day & very friendly bartender. Also when gambling you can only get one drink every 30 minutes!! That was VERY CRAZY!! Over all my group of 12 for my 60th birthday celebration was nice!!

Room was very nice and clean. Love the bathroom in the room. Also couldn’t get the coffee maker in the room to work, but can’t complain much because there’s free coffee down stairs. Only problem was all night long there’s people walking by yelling so sleep was a problem.

The rooftop pool was great after 6 pm. That is when it is kid free. Concierge lounge was nice for breakfast. Chop house ribeye was great.
