All was great but we couldn’t get into our room until almost 6pm.

4:00 pm on check in although attempted to check in at 3:00. Still charge daily spa fee of 29.00 daily so it further limits our use with mandatory late checkin.

I was surprised at how clean everything was. It was quite busy for a Sunday. The restaurant near the coffee shop was very busy. Food was amazing. Although, the only issue was the kiosks were not working for self check-in.

Great place to stay, but there is very little to do as a family, people under 21. The rooms are so clean and the staff is extremely helpful.

We recently returned to the Monarch after our previous stay was so enjoyable. This time however there was a dog next door to us that barked for hours in the middle of the night. After sharing our concerns with management we were assured we would be taken care of; come to find out their compensation was waiving the $34 resort fee. When I shared my disappointment in this resolution the staff replied with “best of luck in your future travels” … not the type of customer service I would expect from The Monarch.

The Cleaning staff was not up to standards on our second morning there was no coffee or coffee cups replaced nor were the bath towels changed daily
