Rate was great. I would have given a 9 but they never refreshed our room. Had to call housekeeping at 7pm when we got back to bring up new towels, unexceptable. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Room was large. Best thing was the A/C vent was on the wall at the top and not blowing on the bed. I did gamble somme but not a winner. Noticed no one was winning. No housekeeping for our room

Property was very nicely maintained and food was wonderful at Roxy's. Restaurant was expensive, not the deals we are used to seeing when you stay on site. Still we enjoyed our stay.

The breaker in our room trip multiple times. Front desk staff was beyond rude and unhelpful. This place used to be quite lovely. It has gone down hill in a huge way. So disappointing. Will never stay again

This was our first time at the Horseshoe in Blackhawk; but it certainly won't be the last. Parking was plentiful, check in was quick and the room was nice. Comfortable king bed & the bathroom was a good size. We only ate breakfast here & to be honest is was pretty standard, nothing stood out. The casino is easy to maneuver around and it connects to the Lady Luck casino so no need to walk outside if you don't want to. Overall we were very happy here.
