The hotel's "service fee" is BS. There's no coffee maker in the room and the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed. The parking garage needs to be cleaned. The casino was disappointing.

One room was comp. No water bottles in room or microwave or coffee pot. But, I guess that comes with getting a room comped. Could be better if they offered a breakfast. With so much money that people spend up there. All people should be treated equal rich or poor!!!!

No decent place to eat in this town or hotel, bring your own food, gambling is ok, everything else is not.

Nice, clean large room. No free breakfast. Orange mold in bath tub. $150 deposit.

There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all

Had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask for a wifi password, it’s odd that they don’t have that information on the keycards or in the room. Not the best area to stay in as there were homeless people outside of my room at midnight asking for money.

No hot water for a shower during our 2 day stay, no late night eats, the cafe kitchen was out of service. Couldn't see out of the windows, No waitress on the gaming floor, very disappointed on our Valentines trip smh ? Beds were comfy and clean.
