Casino wasn’t busy so fun!

Parking was very difficult, no special parking for hotel guests you had to hunt for a parking space and hopefully get one, tried to contact Hotel staff to get Wi-Fi instructions they wouldn't answer the phone, did not clean our room give us clean towels or make the bed. I would never recommend spending even one minute at this establishment.

We didn't gamble much, but enjoyed the in-house restaurant for breakfast.

The front desk staff was polite and professional. The casino area was very clean. However, our room was pretty dusty and dated. The sheets and pillowcases were nice and clean, which is important. Overall, it was okay for the price.

The food is very expensive.

The gaming floor/ card tables. Staff was nice The paint was peeling off the wall over the top of the head board, I thought I was getting 2 queen beds more like 2 full beds, sheets on one of the beds had brown stains on one of the corners. TV picture quality was horrible and the refrigerator didn't work. Plugged it in and nothing!

The food was Amazing 😻 the Staff was so Helpful and Friendly. We also enjoyed the Big Spacey room. Enjoyed our stay there.

Basic stay. Affordable room but restaurant is poor. With a little more you can stay in a better one.

Mattress was firm and room was clean. No microwave or coffee machine in room. TV was outdated.

Location of the hotel to find in the dark sucked. I get its in the mountains. 150.00 deposit is kinda steep, when other have said they didn't get it back when they were supposed to. We better get ours back.

The trip was spur of the moment. We did get a handicap equipped room but it was great. The only issue we had was the restaurants were not open so we had to go up to Central City which really was a short walk.

The hotel's "service fee" is BS. There's no coffee maker in the room and the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the bed. The parking garage needs to be cleaned. The casino was disappointing.

No water bottles in room or microwave or coffee pot. But, I guess that comes with getting a room comped. Could be better if they offered a breakfast. With so much money that people spend up there. All people should be treated equal rich or poor!!!!

No decent place to eat in this town or hotel, bring your own food, gambling is ok, everything else is not.
