Overall this is a very nice hotel/casino but I paid over $300 per night and the king bed was so terrible I could not get any sleep. Zero support. You did not even have to lay down to observe that the mattress was way too old. You could actually see the dip in the middle of the mattress the second you walked into the room. I went horizontal and slept at the foot of the bed so I could get a little sleep in the end, but the bed was such a piece of junk I checked out a day early and just let the hotel/Expedia keep the other $350 I had paid for Saturday night.

While the check in area is not obvious to find, the staff was friendly.

Hotel and rooms are clean. Property just seems a little “tired”. Door are banged up a bit. Mattress was worn with a divet in the middle. Pillows were way too thick. Room was very spacious. Restaurants are great! Pool is nice and staff were friendly.

Went for the weekend. The rooms were awesome. Had a great time at the pool and hot tub as well. Locations is really close to everything and parking was easy and free with the option of valet.

The hotel is a little rundown but very clean-and I have to say the staff has improved 110%-everyone was lovely and helpful. The hotel is also very quiet which I appreciate and the rooftop pool and hot tub are the best!!

I was so pleased with the value of this stay! We had a deluxe king room which was clean, spacious, and comfortable. No microwave but not a big deal for us. The pool and hot tubs are top notch. Everyone was helpful. We ate at the Fireside Kitchen and Timberline Grill, both were good. Parking was easy. Casino was very fun. Looking forward to our next stay.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds are one of the best I've ever slept it was like being wrapped in a cloud you don't want to leave. The bathroom was very nice. Would definitely stay there again it was worth every penny

Great food, great pool and casinos were paying.

Overall experience was good. Our main complaint would be that there was only 1 packet of caffeinated and 1 packet of decaffeinated coffee and none for the second night’s stay. Compared to other hotels, this was pretty skimpy.
