Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination

We love staying at LadyLuck. It has access to two casinos - Lady Luck and Horseshoe without going outdoors. It is comfortable and inexpensive. I hit a jackkpot on the Urn slot machine at Horseshoe.

They have no one at the front desk, we had to walk to the other hotel to check in.

The only downfall was I didn't win anything at the casino, and the dash cafe was very dirty, and everything was empty .such as the ketchup ect...the food wasn't that great

Property was clean and quiet. Room was comfortable. Only issue was we asked for a working clock. It was promised but never delivered and no one at the desk to make a second request.

Only issue I have is young lady checking us in was overwhelmed at the desk at the 4 pm rush. Both self check in kiosk were broken, so you had to wait in line. Room was great no issues!

Lack of workers so you had to check in at a different casino and then walk back to the other casino to find your room. Very confusing! Bathrooms really need attention!

This is an ok casino. There weren’t any restaurants so you have to go to Horseshoe casino restaurant called Brew. We waited for 20 minutes until finally a waiter came to seat us. Then another 5 minutes till anyone came back. When we were ready to order they were out of food. It was awful!! I’ve never been to a place that runs out of food! Everything I wanted they didn’t have. I settled for a chicken sandwich, it was awful. Didn’t even taste like chicken. My boyfriend’s hamburger wasn’t any better! There weren’t enough staff. Who’s running that place! They need new managements we won’t go back to casino or restaurant.

Clean, quiet room. Good water pressure when the water temp on my 11th floor room finally reached proper heat. Good towels.

When we arrived at Lady luck, there was no staff at the check-in desk. We had to walk over to the horseshoe Casino so that we could check in and get our room keys. The room itself was clean, but the sink was terribly clogged up. The hairdryer did not work. And the coffee maker did not work. For the money I spent this room was subpar at best. I will never get a room at Lady luck Hotel and Casino again.

It’s clean and friendly. It’s great for a weekend away.

The check in process is idiotic. When you go to the front desk at Lady Luck you’re greeted by a Disney that informs you to walk a long distance to Caesar’s other hotel. It really sucks when you bring your luggage with you and have to walk over a quarter mile both ways with your luggage. It doesn’t seem like Caesar’s staffs the Lady Luck hotel desk but I was not informed if this until I read the sin at the property. When you discuss the issue with the Caesar’s hotel staff they are very disrespectful. They act like the way things done there is a normal way of doing business. I had the same issue when I stayed at the same property 2 years previously. Truly disgusting company that treats its customers like crap.

Very reasonable room rate . Hotel is centrally located and quiet!
