Nice area

Being a casino that is the main attraction. However, we weren't there to gamble so that didn't apply to us. The food options there that we used were 2 on a scale of 10. Quite possibly the worst hamburger I have ever had. It came out Luke warm, absolutely zero seasoning or flavor that was most definitely a frozen patty at a sports bar at the Horseshoe section. I guess they think they have a captured customer and quality food isn't required. Just stay away from the burgers, and my friends said his Cajun pasta was mediocre, too. Usually, casinos have pretty decent food, but this missed the mark completely.

The games They don't have comforters for the bed, just sheets and a thin blanket.

All the staff were super fast, friendly, and efficient. They resolved any problems quickly, which made our stay even better. We would definitely come back! They also upgraded our hotel room, which was such a nice surprise. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️

My booking had not gone through before we arrived. The management helped create a separate booking with proof of my Expedia booking as quickly as possible. The first room I received the air conditioner only kicked out heat which management had no problem quickly switching my room. Great experience with lots to do and many great restaurants within walking distance.

Nice casinos

The only thing that was rough was having to walk all the way to the other casino for check in. Everything else was awesome!

Exceptional

The property is laid out a bit strange but maybe that is a product of the old town. No real lobby. Front desk seemed to be in a hallway and then path to elevator seems to be back hallways. The guest room could have been cleaner. Housekeeping was pounding on doors at 9AM on Sunday. Seems early for a casino hotel. For price point, breakfast would be nice. Parking was close and convenient.

It was nice and clean. Comfortable. Had a hard time checking in. Charged more than stated and housekeeping walked in on my husband getting out the shower and 9am. 2 hours before check out. Talked to the manager and he couldn't even apologize all he said was they start knocking at 9.. That was very rude and unprofessional! Won't be staying there again..

They told me they would take the electronic ID issued by the state of Colorado but when I went to the hotel, they did not and I had to cancel my reservation

Your hotel was very modern clean. However one of the beds in my room squeaked so badly I had to switch beds. Also, the whole parking and check in system was extremely confusing.

House keeping was good. Comfortable room No staff for check in. Lots of walking. Room bathroom faucet in backwards. Coffee maker didn't work and no microwave.
