We checked in and we're given a room on the second floor. When we opened the door, the room was still dirty. Pillows and bedding were on the floor and the counters were filled with trash and old food boxes. We went back downstairs and they gave us a second room. Things were ok until we turned the beds down and there were muddy paw prints and dog hair all over the sheets. We went back to the front and the lady working apologized again. She said they are short staffed with cleaners. I get that things happen, but 2 rooms being not cleaned or missed is 2 too many! We went to a third room and it was fine. The building is older and is in need of a full remodel. The breakfast was fine.

The shower curtain was moldy. The facility had only one washer and one dryer. There was no microwave in the room. The building was in need of a remodel and a fresh coat of paint.

Carpet needs update it made me feel dirty. People kept sitting on a rock outside our room window. They were slamming doors that goes to pool late. The staff was kind. I don't know what carpet is like in other rooms but ours was stained and made me feel dirty. The rest room seemed clean. Needs some updates on things and bed was okay but I looked under sheets and the bed looked worn.

Friendly Staff

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the pool. I did have an issue with my room key. I had to get it reactivated about 10 times. There were also some stains on the carpet in my room, but other than that, everything was nice.

Clean rooms, nice bar.

No fridge in room that advertised one. Heat not working. Sheets had cigarette burn holes in a non smoking room. Hallways smelled of cigarettes.

My children, myself and my mother who has breathing issues, stayed in room 1108. The room looked to have had water damage down the wall that the headboards are on. The floor on the far side of the room felt slightly moist. In the closet, there is black mold. There was left over food in the fridge upon opening it to put our food in. There was candy trash on the floor on the far side of the room, under the lip of the bed. When getting into bed the first night, my white pillow case had a strand of black hair indicating they were not clean.

Breakfast time is from 6 30am to 9 30am, but the food was over at 8 30am and was told there will be no refills.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast.

Easy to find. Clean and bright. Room was nice. Toiletries were nice addition. Hotel was quiet. No microwave in room. Could have been cleaned better under the bed and nightstand. In room fridge froze our items.

The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean Out dated, dark dingy hall ways, funny gross smell.
