Pretty flowers and comfortable bed. Relatively clean and no bugs. Tv and reception horrible, communication to find staff not good, old and needs upgrades badly, looks abandoned from outside. I think they are trying to remodel. Was priced appropriately.

Location was extremely disappointed with how this hotel handled my situation. I contacted them regarding a reservation and tried to work with them on a reasonable solution.I understood that a refund might not be guaranteed, but I asked if they could at least offer a credit toward a future stay or work with me in some way. Unfortunately, they were completely unwilling to help\. What bothered me most was not simply the refusal to refund—it was the attitude and lack of basic customer service\. The staff I dealt with came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in finding any type of reasonable solution. Things happen when people travel, and good customer service is often about how a business handles those situations. I wasn’t asking for anything outrageous; I was simply asking for some flexibility or even a credit to use at their hotel another time. They wouldn’t consider anything. Based on the way I was treated, I would not recommend this hotel and I personally would not book here again. There are plenty of hotels that actually value their guests and understand the importance of treating people with courtesy and respect

Very old and dated motel. The bath tub and bathroom ceiling all peeling. They don't make up the room unless you request. Old and noisy a/c. Very simple breakfast. Too expensive for what it offers

The room was clean and quiet, 2nd floor facing the woods. The room had a very strong smell of mildew and/or mold.

I was skeptical, but impressed after staying here! It’s a motel with limited bells and whistles, but our beds were comfortable, clean room, good AC, standard shower fine pressure. No hot breakfast but coffee and cold bar was filing—yogurts, bagels, cereal fruit. I’d stay again as the price and location near IU was right on a popular weekend.

Roaches in the bathroom.

The hotel is in need of a lot of repair. We tripped over broken plaster on stairs and peeling potholes paved floor ways. When the breakfast items ran out, they didn't replenish. The restrooms are not vented and we had to buy room freshener. The charges for 3 nights was $960....$320 per night..... exorbitant for such a dump! They didn't have enough pillows, linen and towels for the number of guests despite charging extra for additional guests. Some fellow guests stated that the front desk people were racist!

My travel plans changed at the last minute and made it impossible to use the hotel room. Word.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures! Mattress was horrible!!!
-
The room was good except that the bathroom door couldn’t fully close. The mattress was a bit more firm than I’m used to but I slept well. Breakfast was limited but we found something to eat. I hope someone finds time to trim the plants back because they were a bit overgrown between the parking spots and the rooms.

Won’t stay there ever again
