Beds were horrible uncomfortable and the room had old food on the tables and in the corner. 0/10 do not recommend. Oh and the "orange juice" was brown. If you need a place to sleep and your car isn't an option sleep on the ground before you spend money here.

Very dated.

The lobby was a disaster because it was in the process of being retiled. I get renovations, but it was just a mess and difficult to even navigate around all the materials and caution tape. Meanwhile, the key that I was issued opened only our room door. It did not work on the exterior entrance (so we had to come in through the lobby every time) nor on the pool/hot tub. As for that area, the water was very sketchy looking and the hot tub was barely lukewarm. My daughter and I only got into it ankle-deep - and were not even fully comfortable with that. Meanwhile, the desk clerk seemed much more concerned with emphasizing the rules - no smoking or vaping in the rooms, the pool closes at 10 - than he did with actually helping us. We went back to the desk twice to try to get the key issue sorted out, but he was unsuccessful, so his solution was to go down and open the pool for us. I will never stay here again, and this establishment drags down the whole perception of the franchise.

there was no food left for breakfast. We had to find a place to eat breakfast. Terrible experience.

Found cockroach in room

Water pressure was so bad the toilet would only flush all the way if you held the handle down the entire time and even then sometimes took 2 or three attempts to flush a small square of TP down. Breakfasts were avg at best, but drinks were either not working or empty because the landscappers and flooring people kept coming in and getting juice or food. Morning 2 of our stay offered burnt biscuits and gravy. Pool was ok until we found a brown "mud-like" substance in the water. We got out immediately and went to shower ourselves and the kids off, in case it was what we really thought it was.

It was a great stay, will definitely book again

The hotel was nice. They're in the middle of remodeling the place and there was a lot of stuff going on. Even with all that it was nice and had a great view. The staff was polite and the helpful. We couldn't get the tv to work for us. But really I think that was the best part. We had time to spend together. All in all I would use this hotel again.

Our neighbors could be heard word-for-word (and other expressive “sounds”) through the paper-thin walls.
-
The pool looked gross. Breakfast was not restocked so when SEVERAL families came between 8-9, waffles & cereal were the only option. Walls are so thin I heard the people in the adjoining room ALL night.

One of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed in. I’m guessing they don’t have a cleaning staff. The first room they assigned me had a #2 in the toilet and when I flushed the toilet it backed up. The next room they gave me had turd shards all over the toilet. Construction in the parking lot until 10pm. No lock on the balcony sliding door. I feel disgusted just thinking about it. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $40 to go to one of the Holiday Inns in town.

I called before booking the room to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and functioning properly and they assured me that they were. The hot tub was broken, the pool was very cold in spite of the extreme hot weather, and there both looked absolutely filthy. My shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Everything at breakfast was labeled incorrectly. The 2 versions of pancake batter were backwards, the blueberry syrup was in the regular syrup dispenser and the glass jars listed at blueberry syrup were regular. The scrambled eggs were green and they ran out of milk and sausage. There is NO elevator, so have fun dragging your baggage up and down the stairs. Won’t stay here again, even with the good rate. I will say the the ac worked great and the room was fairly clean.

it’s disgusting, made us want to puke, and seriously do not eat the breakfast. there was hair and bugs all over our room. dirty towels , dirty wash cloths, boogers and chew on the walls. Floor was sticky and gross, and there was mouse traps in the hall way. not to mention all the homeless people outside. seriously DO NOT stay here. tried to get a refund and they gave us excuses even tho we had pictures and videos with timestamps of everything

Our one night stay here was good. Room was tidy and clean. Our balcony view of the river was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good for hotel food everything was warm but would have prefered hotter. Access to washer & dryer was very nice and machines worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, no elevator so keep it in mind as the hotel has 3 levels.

They didnt even apologize for the incovenience caused. On the other had they were extremely rude. That would be the last time I would stay in a Quality inn. The room was not safe, the electric plates were off the wall too. I dont know how the hotel passed any local inspection and follow any minimum standards.

The breakfest wasn't good, the room smelled weird and oh here's a good one.... There was BEDBUGS in my room!! I took one to the front desk and all he said was, "Sorry we spray on Sundays (this was a Thursday), we'll give you another room but no money back

The staff was accommodating, The breakfast was good, The room was comfortable There were painting the exterior of the build that was inconvenient. The room needed some work/repairs.

The lobby was hot at check in. Later it was a bit cooler. AC must have been on the fritz. My room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast also was spotty. One day, no coffee. Broken toaster. One day no cereal. One day only grape jelly for toast. Other visitors loved the waffles, eggs and biscuits and gravy, but SLSO missing one day. Every day, something was broken. Juice and coffee machine, toaster.

This is an Okay place to stay--the staff is friendly and eager to help. But the place is pretty old, and not soundproof at all. Even though it's a non-smoking place, there are cigarette butts and cans littered on the grass.
