Quality Inn Bloomington near University

Clean enough rooms overpowering disinfectant smell in rooms, free breakfast is not very good.

Everything, it was dirty, the pool was down for maintenance which is one of the main reasons I booked a stay at this hotel, the breakfast didn’t have anything but bread & waffles 40 minutes before breakfast was even over. Would not recommend anyone.

Price was good for the location The pool was closed for maintenance and they didn’t tell me at check in.

The bed was the best thing there for me very comfy The pool being opened it was closed at the time we stayed there

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool is really cold but the hot tub was very very nice.

This hotel is DISGUSTING!!!

Room service took our personal belongings. We asked front desk - they said tomorrow morning we will check with room service. Next day after multiple follow up - they gave our stuff back. Breakfast area is dirty. Had stack of storage boxes at one corner. Bed is horrible. In short - they should change the name. Bad - Quality In.

It was busy in bloomington due to Move-In day at Indiana University. There were stains on the walls and ceilings The back door into the hotel from the rear parking lot did not close properly so anyone could just walk in Everything was old and worn out, furnture, countertops, etc. The free breakfast was barely edible. I will never EVER stay at a "Quality Inn" again. There is NO quality....at all.

Bathroom was not clean, badly stained towels, and there was a lot of damage...both in the shower and pretty much everywhere you looked. For example the shower safety grab bar had been ripped out and the repair was unfinished. The towel rack screws were coming out of the wall. Left me with the impression that management didn't care about the property or the comfort of their guests. The included breakfast was subpar as well. And then there was the smell, which did lessen over time.

The hotel is on the older side and partial renovations. Mattresses were stained, bathtub was very old and discolored and walls were filthy. They had spots of food and unknowns on them. Disappointing considering how the prices goes from $140 to on Thursday to $450 on Friday.

The door was open when I went to the room after check in. I immediately informed the front desk and the front desk clerk escorted me to the room and checked the room for other occupants, there were none. However, the room smelled terrible. The clerked stated this was due to the cleaning solutions and the reason the door was unlatched was because housekeeping did not latch the door. The clerked opened the balcony door to “air out” the room and flies and insects entered the room. After 10 minutes, he came and sprayed Febreeze all throughout the room. The room now smelled strongly of Febreeze. overnight the smell returned. In the morning, the shower had mold in the jacuzzi sprayers and a layer of film on the tub floor. The breakfast was terrible with the scrambled eggs that were green tinged and burnt sausages. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

It could be cleaner and they definitely could go around and patch some of the drywall in the hallways lobby, etc.

The room was clean very basic the bathroom is a little bit older didn't have a lot of grab rails which would have been easy or nicer beyond that I thought it was a really nice room

La verdad me parece que no tiene sentido pagar por la página un precio y cuando llegas al hotel tienes que pagar otra precio que al final según lo regresan pero a mi no me han regresado nada
