Room was not clean. Staff were helpful.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Dirty windows and smelly carpet everywhere. Dirty, stained upholstered chairs in the suite. Moldy shower.

Ok for the two days I was there but way over priced. Breakfast was terrible . Water doesn't work and it's pretty old. Staff is super nice and the property is great proximity to stadium .

Your breakfast was bad. Burnt sausages and cold eggs. Stayed here plenty of times in the past and never had this poor quality of breakfast.

Room was clean and the hotel in general is well maintained. Good for a short stay, not too much to do around if not for IU visits or football games.

The staff was very kind and accommodating to our son's needs I hated that we had to experience mold growth in our bathroom but I understand its not the staff isn't at fault. The company should look into installing venting fans in the bathroom to prevent mold

Hotel needs to be completely refreshed, updated, and more thoroughly cleaned. Mold in shower, room smelled like stale smoke.

Clean, basic, small room, but did what we needed, a place to sleep added bonus, Good breakfast

Bed was ok, pillows were flat. TV was nice. Breakfast was fine.

This was possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. When we arrived there was one towel in our room (for three people). We were told by the front desk that they had run out. Apparently people steal the towels (they suck, so I'm not sure why) and Hilton "doesn't like to buy more" was the response we received. The next day the staff brought towels -- the size of golf towels. Not very useful. We stayed for three days and there was no housekeeping (they are supposed to come every other day -- so at least once). Additionally, the room and the hotel is filthy. Dirt on the floor that needs to be vacuumed. Our door (room 317) didn't open all the way, so getting in our daughter's six bags for freshman move in was a real pleasure. It's better though, than the woman who was complaining to the front desk that her door didn't close all the way. In fact, there were at least three other guests who verbalized that they would never stay at this property again. Topping it off, I notified the worker at the front desk who didn't bother to apologize. We won't be staying here again either.
