We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was great, we really enjoyed the indoor pool and our room was great! We would definitely stay here again.

I just wanted to tell you guys it was a wonderful experience at your hotel I would gladly return We had a wonderful day and all the staff was very wonderful and respectful had a wonderful time The room was an excellent condition The pool is an excellent condition everything was good I was very satisfied with the service

Location No water for a day, no hot water after that, no maid service 3 days and when they did come it was done half ass

The carpets were dirty--elevator exits were dirty. There was a sign upon entering that the hotel was beginning renovation. We saw Millwork trim in boxes in the hallway. No coffee pot in the room. Assuming Holiday Inn Express doesn't provide those. The bed was lumpy.
