Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bloomington by IHG

Definitely did enjoy this hotel much better than the other Holiday Inn in town we stay in Bloomington frequently and when we stayed at the other holiday and it was horrible but this one was very well done with very kind staff

I have stayed here several times. There was only one elevator (other one was out of order). That was a little inconvenient. We had a living room suite, but the TV in living room didn’t work. It was clean

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hot breakfast was great, we really enjoyed the indoor pool and our room was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean Pool was small

Location No water for a day, no hot water after that, no maid service 3 days and when they did come it was done half ass

The carpets were dirty--elevator exits were dirty. There was a sign upon entering that the hotel was beginning renovation. We saw Millwork trim in boxes in the hallway. No coffee pot in the room. Assuming Holiday Inn Express doesn't provide those. The bed was lumpy.

Breakfast had good coffee and tea selections, good varieties of foods, good hours, nice seating.

Very helpful staff!!! Good breakfast. Close to places to eat.b Water didn't stay hot in room.
