This hotel was perfect to stay in after moving our daughter into IU all day. The bed was very comfortable, parking was great, good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and could use some upgrades, but overall it was clean and I don’t have any complaints.

Started well with the staff being responsive to me calling ahead and got the preferred room request taken care of. Then went down hill. After arriving, there was NO WORKING PHONE in the room, so we couldn't call down to the front desk. I haveba very bad back and required me to go down there severla times. We also had a light out in 1 of the 2 rooms. So we couldn't call down for thst either. Front desk said they would take care of it and it never happened. But wait there's more! There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom (ceiling) and chose not to even shower while staying here. But wait there's even more! We stayed at this hotel once before and while it wasnt perfect, it was a little better, though we had to change the bedding with front desk due to hairs and other things that made us think the staff hadn't changed the bed. But this visit was 4X the price the previous visit just 2 months prior. So we got all of this great experience for over $400! Needless to say, this was out last visit here. The 2 room suite is nice to have that feature but not with all these issues and at this price. After this experience it made me want to call the place "roach motel". Not good! Won't be back. Do better!

It was DIGUSTING!!! Room smelled exactly like rotten fish & Old Bay! Smoke detector was broken & hanging from discolored ceiling! Window wouldn’t close, was half open & nailed shut!! The bathroom smelled like urine, there was mold everywhere around the bathroom, bedrooms & sitting area, there was a HUGE suspicious yellow stain on the sleeper sofa! There were muster brown streaks on the white pillow in one of the rooms & when we tried to exchange it out, there was a yellow (pee) stain on the pillow in the closet. The air was moist, so everything felt wet!! The furniture was extremely dusty, when we ran the water from both bathroom & kitchen faucets, it smelled awful, like sulfur! The carpet was ripped up, the wall paint was peeling, the tv didn’t work, you could only hear sound, but no picture ever came up. The tv that DID…we couldn’t change the channel because the batteries were dead in the remote! I knew it hadn’t been vacuumed because I found a note under the bed for a maid dated from over a month ago….not to mention, I found another note by the lamp that was dated from FOUR months ago!! Pretty horrible after spending close to $500 for just one night in Indiana!! Never again! Definitely NOT even close to a three star hotel! So then there were bugs, but I’m not surprised because the stove top was incredibly dirty! At this point, I was scared to open the fridge or the microwave! All in all, a sleepless night, because I refused to sleep on damp, dirty sheets!

What in the world did we get into?! This place must have had a flood the week before. The smell flip flopped between mold and really weird carpet cleaner. The walls looked like they were melting from the water damage. I was dizzy during the night from the smell. We were forced because we had to stay for the University move in day. I will gladly sleep in the car rather than pay the jacked up rates and get physically ill.

Clean but online it said they had pool and breakfast amenities. Pool was closed when we arrived and there were snacks in the lobby to purchase. Not much of a breakfast. AC leaked water.

The whole idea of getting a suite with two bedrooms was so each family could have privacy. One of the bedrooms did not have a door.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes, Had to ask the staff for entire new bedding and pillows. They gave me spray for the room so it smelled like flowers dipped in cigarette water the entire stay. The elevator was broken the entire time and we were on the third floor. They pile the outside garbage up in the stairwell on the first floor so it smells great. They also place a rock on the side door so it’s never locked and anyone can walk in during the day. The room keys stopped working every day and we had to keep getting new ones. Couldn’t hang up a towel because the towel bar kept falling off the wall. If all the other local hotels hadn’t been completely booked we would’ve left the first night.

The property was inexpensive but quite run down, not much maintenance happening there. Elevator, pool, ice machine all out of order. The first room they gave me hadnt been cleaned, the second had a broken door and a strong odd smell, the third room was quite nice.
