The price was high for not being more updated and because it needs a good cleaning. Otherwise it was ok. Don’t use Expedia for reservations, it has false advertising of the place.

Close proximity to Main St. Walkable in all directions on Sunset Ave to shops and restaurants. The only chairs to sit in were high stools at the bar type table. It would have been more relaxing to sit on a normal chair to read or watch tv. Also, we didn't realize they did not provide any housekeeping “during this time”. We had to call daily for clean towels and extra soap bars, Kierug coffee cups. The bed sheets were not changed so we had to make do there. I'm glad I had brought some Windex and paper towels with us because I used them to clean the bathroom sink, as I need to have clean facilities when getting groomed each morning.

Great location. Close to everything, yet extremely peaceful.

Sorry, I wrote this in the wrong section…..what I did not like was……The room air conditioner was loud and I woke several times a night when it would shift from high to low sound. Everything else was just fine. They really could improve the air conditioner! Also no heater in the bathroom. I was pretty cold until I ran lots of hot water trying to heat the bathroom.

Location is fabulous!

The rooms are older but everything was very clean. The staff was excellent. The proximity to everything was very convenient. We will be staying there again next time we visit Blowing Rock.

Closeness to Main St Bathroom very small and ventilation didn't seem to work real well to remove the steam from the shower. And a stronger more pressure shower would be nice. Bit of a urine odor in the bathroom.

Location is great! Wished the rocking chairs on the balcony were under cover. Couldn’t use due to rain.

The suite was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. The pullout sofa was incredibly uncomfortable with very little cushion in the mattress. We had to ask for fresh towels (which I had been told) and the staff didn't replace bath soap or hand soap or the coffees for the in-room Keurig. The office is supposedly open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM but was often closed. The lobby where they encourage you to "enjoy a cup of coffee" was not open the entire week long stay.

The beds were very small & old mattresses

Would’ve liked a drink machine or water available

The property is super cute but the AC was not the best and the toilet had a very weak flush. The property is located in a very good area you can walk to uptown blowing rock

Our stay was pleasurable. The Davidson Suite was very nice. The onlybproblem we encountered was many of the electrical outlets were not usable, especially in the kitchen area. Other than that we were very pleased with our accommodations.

Great experience at the motel. Very comfortable bedding. Walking distance to all the Blowing Rock shops and restaurants.

Location! Shower head very low but water pressure is excellent.

Good location. Awful beds. We’ve been in 50+ hotels around the world over the past 18 months and these were - by far - the worst beds.

The location is great, being within walking distance of center of Blowing Rock. Parking is convenient being right in front of room. Room was clean and consistent with prior stays over the years. Only thing that should be improved is better quality toilet paper. The single ply is not in keeping with the overall positive expeir.

I traveled solo to Blowing Rock this week and stayed at this lovely Inn. It was located in a perfect area, within walking distance to everything in town, next door to Toastery for a delicious breakfast. I loved it so much that I have already booked for a weekend in October. Nothing
