Meadowbrook Inn

We loved our stay! The beds were comfy, the staff was polite and helpful and we felt safe. Easy walking to all of Blowing Rock!

The location was not as close to Main Street as I had thought and the sidewalks were very uneven and stopped at times, so walking was a challenge. The suite was so nice though. Nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The morning staff member was a little unfriendly, but other than that it was a great overnight stay. I’m not sure if it is a good value though since you do have to drive to the downtown area. I feel like the cost is more what it should be in the best areas.

Concept of having spa under your suite on bottom floor was good. BUT the spa jets were only on one side of structure and NO shelf to sit on to benifit by jets. Also water was just warm. One corner had a good amount of sand and stone so when walking around, it hurt your feet. The thought of a roomy suite was exciting, Until, the following took the excitment away. The room was not ready for use when it was givin to us. 1.There was no bedding for the sofa bed. 2.The ballcony had trash on it. A napkin and wrappers of some sort. 3.When I went to make up the sofa bed, there were chips of some sort folded up in it. Crumbs too. 4. Bedroom, behind the chair, a leak made a mess out of the wall. Strange this is as a paper was given to us priding themselves on cleanliness. You can only call so many times to front desk and be told they apologize. They will take care of it, but we were there for only one night. I would appreciate a 50 % reimbursement.

We stayed here many times, good location and it was great to have a hot breakfast on site. Unfortunately, a breakfast is not available any more. Having relatively good brakfast in the hotel saves a lot of time. Moreover, it is called INN but no food is being served.

Staff as not helpful , coffee maker not working and not a great stay when I rather was bad

The rooms are really nicely decorated. My fiancé liked the spa tub. It is a great location.

Newly renovated. Clean. Convenient to downtown.

Property seemed run-down. The balcony gave us a view of the roof of the next door building. The TV never worked right. Very disappointed.

We had a pleasant stay at Meadowbrook Inn. The location is super, within easy walking distance of Downtown. We did miss a restaurant for breakfast at the Inn.

The property was located in a small town, which had restaurants and other stores and amenities. I did not like the fact they did not offer any restaurant service at all.

Everything was excellent.

Perfect place to stay! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable and bathroom had what we needed. The property was very nice and relaxing. We parked and walked where we wanted to go downtown. I would highly recommend Meadowbrook Inn!

Room was clean with some wonderful soft lighting! In a great area with plenty of signage to direct guests to parking and registration.

The reason I gave this hotel, two stars on maintenance was because we went swimming in the pool which could have been a little warmer, but there was no towels for us to dry off. All the towels were in the dirty hamper, so we had to walk back with our grandchildren soaking wet.

Good location, very walkable to downtown Blowing Rock and the many eateries and shops. On site parking very helpful. Room was spacious, clean and clearly updated.

Convenient location and parking

Cleanliness, helpful staff, location were excellent. Bed was older and the air conditioner was very noisy. Still a great place to stay!

Our room was so big! And so very nice!
