I enjoyed my stay very much and the Inn is very well situated in Blowing Rock - very close to Main Street and the town center. My room was spacious and very clean. I would stay there again.

Yes the parking was great.

Rooms were clean and inviting. Staff had great suggestions for surrounding area restaurants and attractions. Walkable distance to downtown Blowing Rock.

Clean room, well appointed, friendly staff, close to dining and shops. However, absolutely no WiFi in our room or another room we reserved for family members. While WiFi existed in the lobby area, it was totally inaccessible from your room. Staff stated WiFi was spotty and the issues were related to their provider and network. Rooms were advertised to be WiFi ready but are not as of this review. Absence of WiFi availability distracted from our overall stay at this location.

A good photographer took pictures of this property. Inn NOT like the great photos. Room dirty. Towels stained. Gas fireplace with flame so low you could barely see it and should never be called a fireplace room. And deluxe king? Please. The property is full of weeds and unmowed. There are so many pretty places to stay all right there, getting this place was a complete mistake. It is old and stucco falling off the back of the building. Owner obviously doesn't care if anyone comes back. Dumpy in such a cute town.

First of all the amenities were NOT what we expected. I was told we would have a balcony which they did not provide, also the pictures showed, and if I was not mistaken, they served breakfast which they said it was only for events, so we did not get breakfast. Our room we were in had a loud buzzing noise so we got the front desk to come and here it. She heard it and gave us another room. The drink machine was out of order. As we were about to leave the elevator broke with me in it, at least I was on the bottom floor. My friend was on the 3rd floor so a maintenance guy went up to get our luggage, but my friend has bad knees and it was painful for her to walk down 3 flights of stairs. I was very disappointed in the whole experience and will not be staying there in the future.

The units were too spread out for handicapped. No elevator to the pool. The annex was inconvenient to walk to main buildings Ice on the 2nd floor on main bug Just not good for handicapped

Only disappointment was the breakfast. Most of the items were actually only lukewarm warm.

The rooms were great and the location is centrally located.

The room was clean and super quiet. We were only there for one night, so didn't have a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. But the location was excellent for wandering to local restaurants and shops.

Beautiful quaint hotel, very clean, enjoyed our stay.

This property had high ratings but our experience fell way below those ratings. The proximity to downtown was excellent and parking was not an issue. The person behind the counter was as helpful as she could be but did not fix the issues we had with our room nor was she able to move us to a different room. The a/c was broke so they provided a portable a/c unit. The way the hose was run to the outside hindered pulling the curtains closed potentially a fire hazard. The machine was very loud when running. Mattress was very hard and pillows flat. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging on by a thread when we arrived. The refrigerator door would barely stay closed. We will come back to visit but will not be staying here again!
