We were very impressed with the young lady at the front desk of our check-in spot.

This was such a nice place to stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and lots of space in the room even with the big bed. Loved that there were 2 washcloths for each of us instead of 1. Nice size refrigerator. Close enough to everything to be able to walk.

Cute, quaint and clean. Rooms have been redone in last couple years. We had corner room 101 and liked being on end. Mattress not great.

The registration office was difficult to locate on foot.

2 Nice gas fire pits with ample seating and chairs on porch. Clean and nostalgic but recently renovated bathrooms and rooms. A one minute walk and you are on the main strip of down town blowing rock, 4 - 5 min walk to Kilwins and center of Main Street.

The hotel is pleasant and well-located. The rooms feel a bit dated, but they are very clean. The main problem was the failure of the Blowing Rock Inn to ensure that the room was ready for a 3:00 pm check-in. The room, in fact, was ready only at 4:30 pm. It would have been appropriate for them to offer a small discount or a later check-out, but they claimed they could do neither one.

Convenient location. Well Maintained property with beautiful landscaping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Check in was confusing and difficult to locate. I had to ask other travelers where to go. Once office was found the woman at the desk was very helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

The location was excellent, but there was no breakfast. The view out the back window of the room could be better. At least the toilet is gone. Now there's a construction trailer. I'd also like a walk in shower.

AC In our unit was not working correctly. Fortunately climate was moderate but room was uncomfortably warm. Room 112

AC units are quite loud if you want to sleep, if that bothers you.
