Nice breakfast area but should extend weekend hours to at least 20am. Everything else I would rate as average but suited our needs for the reason of our visit

Clean room and hotel. Good location. Entrance off the feeder road is a bit unclear and narrow. Big trucks tend to park in the loading/unloading area and stay for long periods of time making entry and exit difficult.

It was a pleasant getaway from the hubbub of the city but not so far away to make it a long drive. I appreciate the hospitality room being open so I can go there when I wake up early and not disturb my sleeping wife. It's a nice perk to have hot an cold drinks available 24/7. The microwave was not easy to understand how to reheat something for a short amount of seconds

Grass uncut. Parking lot filthy. Room was musty with mold. Breakfast was poorest of the 6 BWs Ive been to . Charged $25 for 72 minute early checkin. No notificationof that on website. Need I go on?

Overall the stay was decent. However the first room had a musty smell so we requested to change rooms. The second room was better but still had a musty/damp feeling. The included breakfast was good. Although the overall stay was ok and the staff were polite I probably wouldn't book again due to the musty/dampness in the rooms.

The location was great for the reason I was in Boerne. I didn’t do any tourist experiences therefore I am unable to reply in that manner. I booked a handicap room as I am an ambulatory wheelchair user; as well as, let know that I travel with a service dog. Upon arrival I was told they could not offer me a handicap room because there were no pet friendly rooms available. When it comes to ADA law “pet friendly” doesn’t matter. So I had to stay in a room that was not handicap nor wheelchair accessible due to this. It was unacceptable and should have never happened.

Appearance, spacious room, and people’s attitudes were all great. I have paid more at other locations for less.

Rooms were clean, a bit dated but clean. 2nd floor hallway AC was off so stuffy and smelled like mildew.

Clean, well kept Room was set at 80, phone did not work and the crib. I had my 1.5 year old granddaughter and 80 year old mother with me.
