Decent cheap room

The worst place ever thing was bad the tv was broke like every other things

Very polite staff, plenty of parking, great air conditioner and good shower.

Disgusting rooms, rude staff. They charged us twice the amount of security deposit and refused to refund it after we checked out. Also they left us with a clogged toilet for 8 hours. We had to go to a diner to be able to use the restroom. I am appalled this hotel is in your network. This was our first vacation and experience using your company. If these are the types of hotels your site allows, then I would strongly suggest to others to use a different site. I guess we will see what you hotels.com will do for us?

At first impression this place looks ruff, the kind of place that you lock your car and still get robbed. Paint peeling and lights flickering. At check in, they demand cash, and then refused to give me my change. Off to a bad start. When I got to my room I was I shock at the filth on the carpet, the cement walls that resemble a jail cell, but most of all from the blast of cigarette smoke that practically billowed out off my "non smoking room." I didn't do anything but turn on the lights, and turn around to ask for my money back. I wouldn't even let my dog sleep in this trash. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and said that because I paid cash I wouldn't get my money back. Then she added, when I told her I Needed a non smoking room, that "it's not our fault people smoke in there". Does that make it my fault? I was done arguing for the night. The next day I spoke to Adrien, the manager. I was met with the exact same attitude. That even though I had not been in the room, because I opened the door I would not get my money back. And again was scolded that it wasn't the hotels issue that the room was filthy and smoke filled. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Pretty well priced and peaceful and quite

When I booked online through Expedia, it said that the pet price was $35 per pet but when I checked in, it was $45 per pet. Also, when walking into the room, the bed was not completely made and the comforter had a bunch of holes in it.

The doors don’t lock and they don’t honnor there agreements when they offer a discount.

This place is a mess. I am not recommending it for anybody.

Very disappointing experience. The staff appeared to give me a receipt for my $100 deposit, but when I got home I realized they had kept it. When I called to resolve the issue, the staff was rude and repeatedly hung up on me instead of helping. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure to double-check all receipts and transactions before leaving.

Nothing whatsoever Everything. It was horrible from the start. The main office smelled so strong of incense that it was hard to breathe. the room it was disgusting, burn holes in the bedding, cigarette tar running down the walls. Mold and ceiling falling downin the bathroo

I reserved room for my husband with his CC, he arrived and they would not let him check in because I reserved the room and I was not there even through they could see his CC on file for the room. absolute BS, they did not offer to cancel reservation and check him in get a room without reservation having rooms available.

They did NOT accept the reservation. The staff did not want go clean the room so late in the day. I had to travel 40 extra miles trying to find a room. If I could give a negative star, they deserve it.

Very quite and clean

Worst hotel ever. Fan made a loud noise, non-smoking room smelled of smoke with burn holes in the comforter. Hair all over the sheets and pillows, food left in the fridge, no bathroom mirror, tub with constant flow of water and barely functioned, no toilet paper holder, garbage and blood stains in tub, crumbs on floor, no lamps worked in the main area probably because of no extra plugs, pillows were very lumpy, mattress was very used and sagged in spots, the comforter was very old and had holes and tears, and very small old and thin towels. When we checked in they had to call their supervisor because somehow they cancelled the reservation. The supervisor was hard to get a hold of and hung up on them once. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It was a trashy and they tried to keep my deposit for check out time

Would not recommend anybody staying at that dump.
