Very nice people work here!

Great place to stay close to BSU near the river, with live music, great breakfast and friendly staff.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a very nice hotel to stay at in Boise including singles/business, couples, or families.

Lots to do. Great vibe. Excellent omelet station for breakfast!

I did not like the loud music.

Great location / helpful staff

Exceptional

Room overall was clean and functional. The handle to the shower was “removable” and in need of repair.

Beautiful large hotel, best breakfast I have had at the restaurant since an ocean cruise. Pool was amazing, it had salt water. Room was good, but the tub backed up during showers, it was gross, and the ceiling filter vent was so clogged and dirty, that the AC couldn’t cool the room properly. I will definitely stay here again and check these details out ahead of time as the great things about the property outweighed the two problems

Really cool river access

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and provided sincere, friendly service (especially the omelet chef and young waitress). Parking was close to the rooms. The hotel was situated right on the Greenbelt trail and very close to downtown. The front desk staff are just okay, but could be so much more attentive and tuned into the needs of the customers. 1. There is no clear queuing for being helped at the desk - you just kinda stand there until one of the 2 to 4 girls behind the counter notice you. A better method would be to have one person solely focused on greeting and recognizing that customers are in line. 2. The front staff seem to be very busy doing things other than helping customers. They are constantly staring at their screens or turning and talking among themselves. It was demeaning to stand and wait and be made to feel like we were interrupting whatever they were chatting about. The one exception was a fellow named McCall. He was present, polite, helpful. 3. At one point I approached the front counter and asked for change because the change machine in the laundry room was broken. She said that they knew it was broken and that Engineering was aware of the issue. Great - but no change. Meaning, it's not enough to just tell the customer that "..Engineering is aware...". Why wasn't the management all over this problem to ensure that customers could somehow get change to do laundry? I don't think I'm being petty about this. She really felt she had done all she could do to help me at that moment.

Location by the River Property is dated and tired. It was also crowded.
-
Location was quiet but right on the greenbelt and close to everything we did. Would give it a bonus star. Only con was our regular room was adjoining and there was a dog next door that was kind of loud in the night but can’t put that on the hotel.
-
This is a great property on the Boise river! Lots of places to eat within walking distance and the outside pool is fabulous!
-
Our favorite hotel! Beautiful setting right on the river. The pool is the best part of this place! It’s open late and the summer nights are magic.

I booked this hotel to attend a wedding with my handicapped son in a wheelchair. I called the property immediately after booking on hotels.com to request a poolside room. I was told all accessible rooms are poolside. When I arrived this was absolutely not correct. The hotel was completely full so no change was possible. The location is very nice, but in my opinion, it doesn’t justify the price.

Location. The size of the room was above expectation. The room was too cold with no opportunity to adjust the temperature
