Expedia made our stay notable by giving us a $15 gift certificate to us at the hotel store. Such a treat! Our only “complaint” would be that the mini fridge had a broken freezer compartment. However, after going to the front desk it was quickly remedied. Finally, the breakfast was excellent. Having the omelet station with the gentleman who let us pick our ingredients and how we wanted it cooked was wonderful. There was mixed fresh fruit in a bowl, bacon, sausage, hashed browns, and more. Even though it was buffet style, we had a server, Addie, who brought coffee and juice. Then she checked on us a couple of times, and we enjoyed chatting with her. The location is great being right on the river and next door to Telaya Wine Co., a very laid back, inexpensive place with a nice outdoor patio.

Best Western Premier is far better than Best Western. Impressive.

Great hotel with choices of on site food and drink and entertainment. The pools (both indoor and outdoor are spacious with plenty of seating and towel availability. The rooms have plenty of stretch out space with great mattresses. The multilevel showers take a bit to figure out. There is a greenway adjacent to the property which gives an additional exercise option.

Loved the river ..loved the breakfast.the bed was comfy.the staff was super friendly and helpful. The shower or bathtub needs to be updated the draining of the all drains was extremely slow.so when you showered you stood in standing water. and the sinks were very slow to drain.

First time at this hotel and we will definitely stay again next time we’re in Boise . The property is like a resort and the staff there is amazing! Not one rude person. The complimentary breakfast is amazing! Not your regular complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend this property.

Outdoor pool: if you have children be aware there are a lot of drunk adults with a bar onsite Indoor pool: very cool! Splash pad, sauna, hot tub, whirl pool Service at bar: bartenders flat rude Location: amazing!

My room was on the second floor. When I asked for the elevator and stating I could not do stairs, I was told the only option was the elevator in the lobby. I used it and then dragged my luggage that struggled to wheel easily over the carpet down a maze of corridors. When I reached the wing with my room, I could only reach the room by going down 10 steps. I am 71, with a bad hip. This was precisely what I was trying to avoid. My choice was attempt to navigate the stairs or drag my suitcases back to the lobby. Not good. I would not have booked here if I had known about the lack of elevators.

Very good

The hotel is in the process of updating some of the rooms and the exterior so there is some construction going on, however, it had no impact on our stay or enjoyment. The only suggestion would be to change up the servings at the breakfast buffet occasionally. We stayed for a total of 4 nights / 5 days and the breakfast buffet was the same every day. All very high quality food, which we all enjoyed, however, it did get repetitive after a couple of days. :-)
