Really very nice. Convenient and contactless entry. If you are looking for a nice experience and the amenities like gym, pool, etc are not important to you, it’s a winner. I’d stay there again!
-
My entire stay was contactless so I can’t speak to the staff of much on that end. The check-in process was easy, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The door wasn’t quite aligned to the frame so some sounds got in at night but putting the AC on constant fan drowned it out. Lots of Lime Scooters around so didn’t need a car which was nice. Several good dining options nearby.

Clean and friendly

This place is beautiful… newly remodeled, very stylish and the best shower ever. But it’s also very tiny. No closet, but plenty of hooks. I like the contactless check in process and being able to go right to my room.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Had no trouble parking.

Didn’t interact with staff, self check in was nice.

Room was spacious and black out curtains did well. Business down the road was a bit noisy. There is a book vending machine! It would be good if all selections were available. Ice and buckets were in the main office. Bigger trash cans would be good. Parking was a bit tricky. All in all it was a good stay with the family.

Small room but clean and parking lot was difficult to maneuver

Room was very clean

I had a great stay. The room was very clean and everything felt fresh and new. My only complaints is parking. They don’t have a lot of stalls so if you plan on parking close to the vicinity, you need to get in early before all of the parking spots are taken up! They do provide overflow parking on the corner street. However, not being familiar with the area, I didn’t like leaving my car so far away from me.

I arrived late and with checking being on contact everything went well. I was a little upset there was no ice machine available after hours, but otherwise it was a good stay. The room was kind of small but fine foe just me.

Amazing stay. The only issue was there being loud banging noises in the rooms attached to the main lobby throughout the night. The sound proofing is not great there. Other than that, it was a very nice and beautifully decorated space.

Arcadia was a self check in. We arrived late and our code wouldn't open the door. We called the number on our reservation and an employee attempted to help us over the phone. After being unsuccessful at getting us in, she said a manager would be out in 30 minutes. We had already been on the phone with her for 20-30 min and as it was getting very late, we decided we were going to leave to find another hotel. While we were waiting we had to park in a handicap spot because there was no available parking in their lot (it was very limited) and there was no parking on the street anywhere near the motel. We have attempted numerous times to get a refund, since we could not stay there. So far we have heard nothing in response and can't get through to them on the phone. This has been very discouraging. We realize things happen but they should make it right by giving us a full refund.

Unable to check into the property due to a late arrival. Found a locked office, no staff on duty, no answer to the hotel’s phone, no key lock number as promised by the hotel, and no answer when I contacted Expedia for help. What a nightmare!!! Ended up paying hundreds of dollars more for a room due to extremely heavy bookings in Boise that evening for a quick 4 hour nap. Stay away from this hotel and Expedia !!!

Location was great. Parking was easy using the overflow lot.
-
The parking options are horrific, and extremely tight.
-
The first night there was a situation in the parking next to the motel where the cops were called and a young man was screaming and yelling and an altercation occurred. He came back in the morning and had a fit as well after. Was pretty distruptive but not associated to the hotel.
-
Location was terrible. VERY noisy and not convenient at all. Had to drive each time we wanted to do anything.

Nice location

Not working to get into our rooms and also in the office area. Parking is extremely tight if you are driving a truck or large vehicle. We had a smoke alarm go off in our room during the middle of the night, it took a bit of time to get it turned off. In fairness, the manager was helpful with some of the issues, but overall we found this hotel frustrating and overpriced. We will likely not return here.
