the room has the sink outside the bathroom without any privacy. The shower was fine. the air-conditioner was out of service and the temperature was in the upper 90's. Understandably these things happen. The pool was nice and the parking was convienent.

Everything was perfect and clean and just what one would want on a stay .

It was not clean hot tub was to hot food was terrible elevators were sketchy not many choices on the TV carpet was too thick. I couldn’t roll my suitcase. Stairs are too long. It was way too hot. They wouldn’t give us a refund when the AC was broken and it was 96° in BOISE the sink is not in the bathroom and the light switch is outside of the bathroom. I had trouble finding it. mattresses were too springy. zero out of 10 I do not recommend going there.

This was our first stay here. From the moment we walked in, we knew it would be a great experience. Friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean. We will definitely be staying here again !

Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, person working front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Only downside was pool closing at 10 for an hour for maintenance. We (along with lots of other families) were still enjoying the pool at that time. 11 would have a been a lot better. We specially chose that hotel for the pool and then only got to enjoy it for 30 min.

We had a large party and were traveling from Yellowstone to our destination. We were delighted in the cleanliness of the hotel, the amenities kept our kiddos entertained and we were incredibly happy with our stay!
