La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Boise Towne Square

We got to our room and it was propped open and the window was open. It was over 100 degrees outside and our room was so hot. The air was not working and the TV was not even connected. They sent maintenance to fix things and they did a great job. Still took until 2 am for the room to cool down.

The staff was nice but the property is under major construction so there is a lot of noise. The sink basin was badly broken and glued somewhat back together and the shower and room overall were dirty. The mattresses were in very poor shape. We usually like staying at La Quinta in other locations but this location was not good.

Enjoyed the stay. Nothing too special but for the price I kept my expectations in check.

Location was central to what I had to do while in Boise.

Great hotel, convenient location.

Breakfast was ok, nothing special and the pool water was very cold. The hotel was fine for what we paid.

asked for a suite. received king size room which, in my opinion, was the oddest design for an alleged suite. A suite, to me, is 2 separate rooms. This was an open king-size room with the longest, waste of space kitchenette I have ever seen. if you want to stay in this room and cook all day, its perfect. Plus so much noise & dust due to the ongoing remodel. They didn't even bother with potatoes for the breakfast buffet. One of many cutbacks like most motels.

Worst experience of my life. Smoke detectors taped shut. Foul smell in the room with air purifier running. When I went to front desk to ask for new room she said oh yeah that room is bad. But wouldnt give me a new room. She had 8 rooms empty at 1130pm people had not checked in. But refused to give me one until about midnight when I refused to leave and threatened to call fire department and inform them of the issues. Magically I had a room then. But hotel is gross. Not clean not taken care of. Pool was green. Absolutely disgusting

The floor in the bathroom hadn’t been swept in ages. I took pictures of the build up of debris behind the door. I felt like I needed shower shoes. The tub was stained. The elevator doors were dirty when we got there and still dirty when we left. Another guest had a big dog that barked at me and frightened me. When I told the owner his dog was scaring me the dog owner yelled at me to get over it. The front desk person did nothing to intervene with either the dog or the threatening dog owner.

Under construction, safety concerns throughout. Don't believe OSHA REGULATIONS being followed.

Breakfast was good, but it was the same menu options every morning. Staff were very polite.

4th floor smelled of pot. Desk clerk just smiled and said she would look into it. Dust cover around bed was covered in dog hair

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Hot tub was nice and hot. 🙂

Just not as good overall as it has been in the oast

They were under construction so I can’t give an honest review.

Even though the property had lots of remodeling going on on the outside, it’s was excellent on the inside.

Mostly quiet, although remodeling was taking place. The bad thing was the air conditioning was not working in our room.
