Spacious clean rooms, comfy beds. Perfect after a long drive. After you unwind you have a short drive to all types of restaurants, entertainment and fun stuff for the kiddos. I’d come back

The front desk staff was very helpful as she brought us extra linens to use on the sofa bed.

Breakfast was nice. Well organized and the staff was nice. The front desk old lady was extremely rude about our Chihuahua needing 100$ deposit each night for our two night stay non refundable. I booked our room to celebrate my daughter's graduation which they knew ahead of time it was supposed to be a pool party. During our full stay the pool was closed. Ice machines only available on request from the desk other machines all out of order.

Clean and good location

Accessible location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean , though the pull out couch bed had a terrible mattress ( seen better in jail )and there were no blankets for the bed. Only a cover sheet and thin top sheet. slept on couch.

The hotel was clean and cozy. The only drawback was that the beds were on the hard side. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The room was very comfortable. I liked the separate sitting room with a full size sofa. The king size bed was very comfortable as well. The shower had the large size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The hotel was clean and updated and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Good stay, really helpful staff with good recommendations for nearby bars etc. Only minor criticism would be the breakfast seating area with it's low chairs and confused set up.

It is a great Hyatt hotel and our accessible room was wonderfully large and spacious with a separate living area from the bedroom. The bathroom was particularly helpful with my handicap. The only negative comment that I have is that when we return to our room the first night none of the towels had been replaced nor had the bed been made. We didn’t have enough and towels and wash rags to take it through the night. When we inquired at the front desk, the young woman was very sweet and told us that they only clean the rooms every other day. That would have been helpful to Know as we were arriving. She did give us extra towels to get us through and they did provide us with towels, and made the bed the next day.

Good location, staff are nice, facilities are well set up. Wish there are staff to check on the pool, the towels were out , no one refilled. And the hallways ac are so so str9!g, it was so cold when we got out of the pool area.
