Candlewood Suites Boise - Towne Square by IHG

Mattress on bed had bumps on it and went through the linen as if like spikes. We have stayed here before and had not had that problem. Slept uncomfortable.

The room was very nice and clean! We had a stocked kitchenette. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We WILL be staying there again!

Very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Has a kitchen set up ready for use, including dishes, pots, and pans. Definitely will stay here again.

Location is centrally located and excellent for St Alphonsus hospital appointments. Complimentary fruit, coffee and tea, all day. Excellent parking, clean inside and out, and an excellent welcome by personable, Zach. Thank you. High traffic area, and hard to turn into the parking lot during rush hour.

Front desk rude. Noise of occupants, multiple requests to FD to qualm noise.

Nice to have a kitchen but would have preferred a included breakfast since we only stayed one night.

Great staff and room was ok. We booked “third party”, so they sold out and gave us one queen bed instead of two beds. It was me and my 21 year old son. That was the issue.

The exceptional reviews are misleading. The hotel could use an update and cleaning! My room smelled heavily of pets. My allergies were so bad, I ended leaving the hotel at 3 am.

All of the staff were amazing, kind & helpful. The only issues were around noise. Our HVAC unit was very loud. The refrigerator was also very loud when the compressor kicked on.

The entire staff at the hotel were courteous and professional throughout my time at the hotel. The front desk staff greeted me whenever I entered and exited the hotel. Courtney and Alyssa responded in a timely manner with my requests during my stay at the hotel. This is my third year at the hotel, and I will continue to stay at the hotel on a yearly basis. The toilet seat did not stay up.
