Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Boise West

Nothing, they canceled our reservation. They said they had no record of it even though we had received a confirmation from them. We even showed them and all she could say is we have no reservation for you and we are completely booked. What a joke!!! Everything! They canceled our reservation. They said they had no record of it even though we had received a confirmation from them. We had traveled 7 1/2 hrs that day and were excited to relax and eat out. Instead we spent the next 1 1/2 hours trying to find another place to stay. They had no rooms available because they had overbooked the hotel. I will never stay there again. Buyer beware, if you book through a third party like booking.com and they overbook they will bump your reservation and then tell you they have no record of your reservation. We even had a confirmation number and that didn’t matter.

Parking was a bit limited, but all in all the room was good.

Great place

Good experience. Thank you.

The property was very nice, the staff was extremely warm and helpful. Only complaint was the shower dripped on a metal drain so I had to cover it with a hand towel to stop the noise

Ryan, at the front desk took care of us. Our bathroom light did not work. He gave us a new room.

Extremely clean, great breakfast and overall a amazing stay! Only bummer was they didn’t have any cribs available.

Exceptional

Breakfast was not good, although everything Esmat else was good.

Breakfast Reading light, room charging station did not work. No liners for trash, front desk staff not that engaging or informed

Staff was very friendly, everything from the building to the rooms was clean and appeared new or like new. The bathroom in my room was extremely nice as well Wish the pool was open but outside of that everything was fantastic

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and amenities were wonderful. The breakfast had a nice variety and was really good. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was superb. Excellent rooms. My only complaint was that the showerhead could have been better.

Very good

Clean and modern hotel. Check-in took a little longer because I had booked two rooms. The continental breakfast was great. Many selections to choose from.

The hotel was nice and seemed fairly new. The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was limited and I continue to be frustrated by not getting enough towels or toilet paper when housekeeping isn’t provided each day.

Everything was great!! Breakfast was good, staff was outstanding!!

Superb

Clean rooms. Extra bed is spring bed and not comfortable.

Excellent services, kind staff, convenient location
