The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They’re extremely quiet with plenty of room. The location was great for shopping and restaurants. The staff was very responsive and courteous. The social hour and breakfast buffet were both top-notch.

The staff was very nice. The hotel looks like, at one time, the property was really nice. We got checked in with no issues. Opened our room door & the smell of weed hit us. I called & alerted the staff since they make you initial something that you will be fined $500 if you smoke in the room, including weed. The bed was not comfortable for either group but that’s sometimes hard to find. The bathtub was so unappealing, flip flops were purchased so we could take a shower. The fridge in the room wouldn’t get cold enough & our milk spoiled next day. We went to use a cup out of the cabinet but it had, what I’m assuming, was dried oatmeal still in it. The button on the elevator was missing for the 1st floor & the staff told us, you can just stick your finger in the hole & it will push. Uh, no thank you. I’m pretty sure that was in some horror movie I would not like to be apart of anytime soon. Trying to get up to the first floor from the lower level breakfast area proved to be difficult when we couldn’t get the other elevator to come down. The breakfast was edible for anyone under 12. They did have protein which is preferable but nothing really tasted good. Everything tasted like it had been frozen & warmed up. I tried the hot chocolate & had to pour it out because it was just brown water. We will never stay here again but it sufficed for a night on a long road trip.

When I walked into my room, I had a "wow" moment. Sure, I expect a clean, well maintained room and property anywhere that I stay - and Oxford Suites in Boise sets the standard. It looked clean, it smelled clean and everything I looked at was flawless. And that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with multiple options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Con: The bathroom wasn’t that clean. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. Despite that one thing, I would stay here again.

Perfect quick access location, clean and relaxing while traveling

This place was top notch! We loved having a hot tub and a pool to relax in after a long day of travel. The check in process was smooth - the clerk was friendly. In fact, all staff we encountered were smiling, greeted us pleasantly, and were incredibly helpful. The room was lovely and large. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!! There were so many choices and the hot breakfast was fresh stayed out right until the end. The room where breakfast was available felt more like a restaurant than a typical space we have found in other places. A perk for me was the Tesla superchargers right in the lot. We loved it our stay much, I looked to see where other locations could be found. The only downside was I found them to be in the west and Pacific Northwest and my next travels are taking me to the east and south.
