I am so impressed with the staff here! Nic was so welcoming and called me by name when I came through the lobby to leave. In the morning I was greeted by another employee and had a wonderful conversation with her. My room was clean and showed no wear and tear. This hotel was truly a wonderful experience!

This is a pleasant hotel. However, it was one of the loudest hotel stays I've ever had. I was located on the Hwy side of the building and I know now why there are ear plugs on the night stands.

the room badly smelled like urine, the headboard looked like it has never been washed. The bedspread had stains and the pillows were lumpy. I don't believe the floor had been vacuumed because I cut my foot on a sharp piece of plastic after taking my shoes off at the door. Not a place I'd use again. The only plus was that it was close to the airport and we had to be there early

Super friendly staff. Nice little spot out front to relax, pool and spa area came in handy in the heat. Room was spacious and comfy pillows.

I called the front desk and asked for another room but was informed that the hotel was full. I was given no option to rectify the issue and told that I’d need to speak to the manager for a refund. We contacted Expedia (love their service and highly recommend as they do the legwork like this when you’re traveling) and they contacted the hotel to request a refund and let them know we’d be checking out. When I checked out the staff was less than friendly. Unfortunately unless you’re looking for a stay with creepy crawlers and foul smells, I’d steer clear of this place.

Overall we had a great stay at Hotel 28. Convenient to the airport and on into Boise. We really enjoyed our stay!

the beds are comfortable, however our room smelled of cigarettes. We were unable to switch rooms due to the handicap access need that we needed. Breakfast was horrible. A huge disadvantage was that they combined the sausage in the scramble eggs and those who don’t eat pork or are vegetarians, have only one other option for a hot breakfast and that is waffles. The wheat bread had mold on it and I showed it to the employee who immediately removed the bread but it really made me question the freshness of the food.

The hotel was very clean overall. The breakfast was good and the staff were very, very, nice and helpful. They all were very nice to talk to. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and the ac was perfect. The pool could have been cleaned again but having a sauna and a steam room was a huge treat. I will absolutely stay there again
