Near the airport. Someone 24h in reception. Vending machines And free hot drinks. It was clean And had many towels. There was a heater in the room. The bedding was nOt the best (very slim And it was winter). The Night recepcionist was nOt very friendly but the day receptionist was Good And friendly. I liked the free shuttle to The airport. They should offer a paid shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It was a bit expensive for what They offered.

It’s close to the airport, easy if you have a flight in the early morning. That is all It has going for it. Sketchy people drinking in stairwells in the hotel into the late hours of the night. Sketchy people in hallways talking on the phone. Room had a smell was pretty musty. Felt like Chicago not Boise Idaho.

Morning staff was very helpful & friendly people.. Reserved a room with 2 Queen beds & was given a room with 2 Full Size beds & no reduction in price.. was charged TWO $50 dog Deposits which was told would be refunded to my card & only ONE was..

A clean room for the price. Very convenient location to the airport. The rooms need to be updated. Furniture is old and scratched. The carpet outside the room was a little dirty. Hot water used for tea was barely warm.

The front desk guy was nice. The rooms weren't very clean the shower door looked like it hadn't been cleaned. It was ok just definitely some spots missed. The bed only had the thin sheath and then another think cover not an actual comforter so it was kinda cold at night and the bed was average. Overall not the best but it was $100 wich I guess is not a good standard anymore so.

Love it here…Best Customer Service! I was tired from driving from another state but Front Desk they welcome us with a smile and make sure everything is alright…Will surely come back here nxt time…

I slept there. Nothing special Locks were broken, fixtures broken, noisy after 11PM, no amenities. Only good was able to walk from terminal.

Good location, easy parking. No room service during our stay. Broken fridge, broken window.

FRIENDLY STAFF, CLEAN ROOM, NICE COMPUTER STATION, PLENTY OF PARKING SITE SAID BREAKFAST WAS INCLUDED. IT WAS NOT. HAVING BREAKFAST WAS THE MAIN REASON I STAYED THERE SO VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Close to the airport - I could walk. Comfortable and mostly clean. Nice staff. Less expensive than surrounding hotels.. Old and dingy - carpets need to be replaced. No breakfast.

the price The room was exactly what I paid for. there is no breakfast, the coffee was empty, the rooms is from the 1990's and there trash cans were all overflowing... it was what i paid for...
