Fantastic location steps away from Ann Morrison Park and across the river from Julia Davis Park -- it's easy to get some exercise and do a little sightseeing right when you walk out the door. Good-sized rooms. Large parking lot. The best hotel breakfast in the smallest, most efficient space I've seen; the mix-in assortment for oatmeal is epic.

Really considerate staff, clean room and convenient to Boise State University
-
Nice and clean great location
-
Everything was good except for the lack of lights and allowing dogs that bark too much. It was a nice stay

Nice breakfast, front desk crew are friendly and helpful. Rooms are quiet and clean. Great location, tons of parking, well lit, and area felt safe. Short walking distance to BSU and area restaurants. Nice to have a fridge, drinking glasses, cooktop. Beds weren't the best--pretty firm/bouncy. Only 1 mirror in room and bathroom layout was weird--small tub/toilet behind a door next to a small vanity/sink and only one light switch for both areas. Turn on the light at night = wake up everybody else in the room. Otherwise, good place to stay for the price and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice property. Clean, tidy, excellent place

The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and location was perfect for walking to BSU.
-
The size of the room and the quietness even though our window faced S Capital That the bathroom was so far removed from the bedroom
-
Proximity to Boise State for graduation. Breakfast was ok. It was nice they threw a party the night before graduation, but we didn't get to partake. Our Suite was nice and large, but the walls were paper thin, and the one bedroom could hear horrific snoring through the wall. Our other bedroom was aligned with the busy street, which cars zoomed by up until late each night. Not a good room if you wanted a decent full night's sleep.

Great hotel for long or short stay. Staff was great

The One bedroom with pull out bed in another room that I booked was not given to me it was a single room Very Dissatisfied They gave me a single Room instead of ONE BEDROOM, with the PULL OUT in a Separate room,Very Dissatisfied

Carpet, etc etc.

A little dated but still clean. There was no cable and the pool was not open due to damage. Breakfast was good and the area was quiet which we liked. Nice spacious room.

My wife and I had a great stay.

I feel that $5 for parking my car is an added expense that I will avoid by staying at the other hotels close by that do not charge this hidden fee.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is great, walking distance to BSU and downtown. The gym, which is a major desire for my stay, is minimal equipment and not enough for my preference. The provided breakfast is standard, does have oatmilk as an option which is great, but I am gluten free so not a benefit to me. Overall I would stay here again. The bathroom light being tied to the main room not allowing the bathroom light to be on without disturbing your fellow room mates is also a downside.

The front desk attendant was remarkable. She always was courteous, addressed me by my first name whenever I arrived our departed, and was very helpful with any questions I had about the hotel or local information. The room smelled of leftover food and I had to open the windows for an hour.
