This was a cute little place that provided a fun experience. Don’t expect a traditional hotel stay, it’s a themed experience. Rally a cute, fun place.

Overall nice stay. The few complaints we have : There was no bottle opener for our cider. The electric outlet was sparking when we tried to use it. On a customer service level, I asked the clerk checking us in if we would be able to make and receive local calls. Her response was not helpful at all. She told us she didn't know and that we would just to try ourselves (we were having issues with a broken cell phone and needed to make a couple of local calls) I felt like she could have done more to help us out. The clerk checking us out was very helpful. Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and very quiet.

The hotel was a place to stay and an experience. The staff was friendly. I did not plan my stay there because I was on anniversary but rather was in Boise area for work. I had my other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) cancel me at the last minute and needed place to stay before my flight the next morning. Nice they bring you breakfast to your room. The shower and TV worked great. The space is a theme hotel so I got the Red Canyon and is has a camping kind of vibe. It does need some attention in cleaning specially around the windows and the bed mattress that is on a high step platform on the floor that may need some under bed ventilation. I saw some bugs in the bed and informed the front desk staff who said they were box soldier bugs, common in the area. It was an experience and still processing playing $300 for staying here. I am quite concerned that my other hotel was able to just cancel me last minutes and no assistance from them in finding another place. I am concerned they may have canceled me because I booked through a third party (Expedia) but this has been my first time to experience. There was a conference going on in the area and I believe the other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) might have over booked or they brought the prices up and it was more convenient for them to resell my room. I at least had this place to stay and was the only hotel available with rooms.

We did get to visit several other theme rooms, most looked great!
-
The rooms have thin walls and I can hear the shower sound of next door rooms.

Great breakfast in bed bsbbsb

The room was great with fun design features making it an awesome atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and delivered to the door making it super convenient. The location is close to downtown and several parks.
-
There is no elevator, so plan for stairs, and if you stay in a balcony room, plan for even more stairs.

What a fun place to stay! The staff really tried to make it a special experience, and breakfast was great. We would stay again if we're ever in town!

Cool rooms, friendly and helpful staff, fairly clean, could use updated especially the carpet in the hallways, could use some paint touch ups, loved room service and breakfast options delivered to my door with price included in room, would recommend and come back

Everything, the room was a lot of fun and I can't wait to check out the other themes they have there. Traffic around the area.

The receptionist on the evening provided no helpful information on our room and the uniqueness of it especially since she could see we are senior citizens. She was unable to provide to us on recommendations for local restaurants indicating she doesn't go out much. Was unable to provide information about the park and other areas we were inquiring about which was the main reason we were in Boise. I think the receptionist much like the lovely lady the following morning needs to be heads up and inform the guests of the kind of room, where it is located and to be able to share details and provided advice and recommendations. the morning receptionist was terrific- well informed, shared good ideas and pleasant. The breakfast was marginal. the berries were frozen and therefore the parfait was not very eatable. Also, the Inn was not fully booked, and they put us downstairs at the farthest away from the entry and drag our belongings down two flights of stairs in the basement areas and we were surprised to see we were sleeping in a covered wagon etc. We were not informed as to the room decor which was a part of the experience which I get but we would not have chosen that for our night together after 9 hours of travel... we would have liked more information from booking.com and the Inn itself. No choice on the room and no heads up that we were getting a hot tub bath with a bucket which was supposed to be our shower.... which was difficult to get in and out of ....and our bed was a very high crawl into a covered wagon.

The location was close to food options and the airport. The parking was easy and free. We chose the Egyptian suite which was amazing!! The room was clean and comfortable. There was water and cider in the room refrigerator which was a nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. A really fun place to stay. There are many stairs and no elevators. The entrance walking up had a lot of stairs and then getting to our room was another 2 flights. It was difficult carrying all our luggage up and down the different stair cases. There was also no coffee maker in the room which is always nice to have.

I surprised my husband. He didn't know I had booked the room. Our son brought us into town. My husband thought we were going to dinner. He was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely recommend and probably return on another Anniversary. The only regret I have is not remembering to get one of your robes. I DO like your robes. Thank you so much for helping us have a memorable anniversary. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was amazing. It was like staying in my own little fairytale. The hospitality was amazing and the breakfast is brought straight to your room at whatever time you request. Would highly recommend this hotel The room was a little dark. More lighting would be better.
