A cute idea for a theme-room hotel that is well-executed. Lots of steps up and down. The hotel offers DVDs to borrow for viewing. They provide a real romantic getaway. You order breakfast for the next morning at checkin. That is delivered to the outside of your room with a discreet knock on the door. Plenty to eat.

This was a great hotel. Cute romantic rooms that allowed for much privacy. The breakfast was delicious and they gave you options to choose from and it was delivered to your room at a tkme you pick. We enjoyed our stay here and was happy we ran across it at the last minute. The only bad thing that when we che kef out the lady checking us out over charged us and couldnt resolve it due to the owner being gone a few days we had to call back the following week but the charge was finally resolved.

I stayed in the Lighthouse Room. Though I was traveling alone I found the room decor to be hilariously awesome! It had a circular bed within a lighthouse drywall fixture and a jacuzzi bathtub with a seashell that pours water on you from above. I felt like I was in the Little Mermaid. Like I said, hilariously awesome and I recommend any couple to stay here!

This is one of the strangest properties I've ever stayed at. Jungle Themed complete with an elephant in the room. The carpet was dirty on the very narrow staircase up to the loft where the bed is located. The included breakfast was nice!

They charged for the gluten free toast of the breakfast that wasn’t suppose to be charged, the parts that should have been charged was in a different spot on that list and we didn’t mark that. The breakfast wasn’t all that great and wasn’t even warm. Only thing warm about the breakfast was the coffee. The tub was gross and not cleaned, we cleaned it ourself. The room could have been better clean wise. Half the outlets didn’t even work in our room. They couldn’t explain why there was an extra charge and was told they’d have management look at it and get back to us.

This was a cute little place that provided a fun experience. Don’t expect a traditional hotel stay, it’s a themed experience. Rally a cute, fun place.

Overall nice stay. The few complaints we have : There was no bottle opener for our cider. The electric outlet was sparking when we tried to use it. On a customer service level, I asked the clerk checking us in if we would be able to make and receive local calls. Her response was not helpful at all. She told us she didn't know and that we would just to try ourselves (we were having issues with a broken cell phone and needed to make a couple of local calls) I felt like she could have done more to help us out. The clerk checking us out was very helpful. Overall the stay was nice. The room was clean and very quiet.

Restaurants were nearby, and there was a beautiful park to walk in. The room was said to have a patio with the room. It did not have one. The back door of the hotel was nearby and had a handicapped ramp that was supposed to be the patio? Also the carpet in the hallway was very stained.

The hotel was a place to stay and an experience. The staff was friendly. I did not plan my stay there because I was on anniversary but rather was in Boise area for work. I had my other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) cancel me at the last minute and needed place to stay before my flight the next morning. Nice they bring you breakfast to your room. The shower and TV worked great. The space is a theme hotel so I got the Red Canyon and is has a camping kind of vibe. It does need some attention in cleaning specially around the windows and the bed mattress that is on a high step platform on the floor that may need some under bed ventilation. I saw some bugs in the bed and informed the front desk staff who said they were box soldier bugs, common in the area. It was an experience and still processing playing $300 for staying here. I am quite concerned that my other hotel was able to just cancel me last minutes and no assistance from them in finding another place. I am concerned they may have canceled me because I booked through a third party (Expedia) but this has been my first time to experience. There was a conference going on in the area and I believe the other hotel (Hyatt Meridian) might have over booked or they brought the prices up and it was more convenient for them to resell my room. I at least had this place to stay and was the only hotel available with rooms.

We did get to visit several other theme rooms, most looked great!
-
The rooms have thin walls and I can hear the shower sound of next door rooms.

Great breakfast in bed bsbbsb
