Call ahead to check if the pool is open

They should let you know if the pool is closed for the whole season. I was looking forward to laying out by the pool, but its closed. Also, we got a room with the big jetted tub. No stopper for the tub. Other than that it was a nice stay. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Not the best looking rooms, outdated, the pool was closed.
-
But we weren't impressed and won't be back.

Seeing that the hotel was a last minute thing because of the tornado, the price & the room was great. When I called explaining the situation everyone was so kind & I was thankful for that. No electricity & the heat does not mix, so we were nice & cool for the night.

No really complainant my stay was pleasant. My only petty complaint would be put that small refrigerator on some type of stand, please elevate the refrigerator, it's entirely too low.

Don't waste your $29 on the cattleman's buffet, Golden Corral is better for half the price (and I don't even like golden corral). Casino was much smaller than we anticipated with very few table games available. Comfortable beds. Rooms were good sized and clean but could use some updating. Pool was closed during our visit. Not terrible but we would probably choose to book a room elsewhere.

I booked a king suite, and when we got there we were informed all they had left was a king room for handicap, or a room with two smaller beds. I prepaid for my room and was told I could upgrade for more money or take a room from a handicapped person or smaller beds. I was not offered $ back for the downgrade only to pay more. They didn’t have what I booked and paid for and was offered no real help. The casino is extremely small, and very smoky. The bar in the hotel wasn’t open, and the only food on site was a small grill. Not a great place to stay

Friendly and courteous staff and very clean!
-
The stay started off rocky because the pool was closed the hotel had construction that we were not made aware of and it caused the pool & hot tub to be shut down! This was something we were looking forward to! Also the Air conditioner was broken in our first room so we had to wait for someone to come look at it and approve a room swap this delayed our evening!
-
Room was good, sucked no microwave and the pool was closed but other than that good
-
Staff was rude and frustrated because she was working by herself and it was a long line And rooms were not smelling clean ,sheets didn’t feel like that crisp clean feel it felt like sticky sheets… tv had one battery remote..sit was put all the way on 60 degrees and it still did not get cold ..overall 0 out of ten..I don’t recommend!!

Clean room .. staff was very polite.. the casino was smoky .. didn’t stay long there.. but otherwise good Thanks

The first thing I noticed was that I felt welcomed by all staff members. Everyone was helpful and friendly. While the property was under construction, everything was clean and I was never inconvenienced. This was first stay here but definitely won’t be my last!
-
Very spacious rooms. Can’t beat the price. Would definitely stay again.

We checked in later in the evening. We had to change rooms twice because of bugs in the rooms. There was a roach crawling across the fridge in the first. The second had dead bugs on the floor and window sill. The lights flickered on and off in the first one. The phone didn’t work in the second. I had to call the front desk from my personal phone. There also was no shower gel in the shower.

The hot tub was great. The room itself was very nice. The television was horrible. Reception was awful. That was supposed to be the highlight of my trip!!
