Standard room size is quite expansive, very clean, and quiet. Feels every bit like a hotel they put a lot of thought into.

The facility is beautiful. The rooms were very nice. The casino has an enormous amount of machines. More than I have seen anywhere. However, the restaurant staff and wait time is HORRIBLE. It took us about 45 min. to get our food at the Asian restaurant. I ordered unsweet tea but requested a sweetner, they had none. The waitress was not friendly or offered to get what we needed for the tea from another restaurant in the casino. I went to the sports restaurant carry out portion and it took me about 10 minutes to get 2 rootbeers. The staffing in the restuarants is not good and the service is exteremly slow. It took us 45 min. to get breakfast in the morning and the restaurant was not busy. I attempted to find out about suites and a room block available for a wedding party coming to Bossier City in April. The staff person who helped us was RUDE and in the end gave no information but a card to call someone else. Other than that the casino and rooms are great!!!!

The hotel and casino were well maintained. My only disappointment is there were no microwaves in the room nor on any of the floors.

Nothing! Horrible This experience and stay at L8ve was horrible!! I booked for my wife's birthday she was excited to visit and relax by the pool but when we arrived THE POOL WAS CLOSED ALL WEEKEND! Extremely disappointing because the pool was the main reason we booked there! On top of that we went to have brunch at their restaurant Ridotta Grand Cafe which turned out to be an even worse experience! we sat at the bar placed out order the waited an hour and half and still NO FOOD!! We asked the bartender where's our food and she responded "OH my bad they dont have everything to make what you ordered" What the hell. We waited and waited and nothing just to hear some BS excuse not even offer options just pure attitude no apology and made us waste over an hour an half starving just to tells us we are not gett8ng our order!! Horrible! We requested to speak to the manager Jasmine Murphey and she was zero help and even had a worse attitude and still no apology nothing!! We will never book that place again so disappointing!!

Elevators are horrible

My first time staying at LIVE Hotel&Casino and I enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Whatever we needed, it was supplied to us. The staff was very friendly. We had drinks at Sports & bar. I even enjoyed myself there. Around the rooms it was very quiet, no disturbances. Overall everything was great. I would definitely recommend LIVE Hotel and Casino!

My ac was broke and I reported it and never was moved. Room temperature stayed at 76 plus degrees. Reported 3 times

Rooms were good and clean and staff were friendly You advertise a pool which is really nice and it wasn’t open. It was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel. Even at regular hotels pools don’t close because it’s past Labor Day. It’s deceitful to advertise as such. I want at least 50% refund because that was 1 of 2 reasons I chose this hotel

Slot machines never paid anything! Hotel was great, very clean, and very friendly staff!. Again slots and tables were on 100% take

We were sad that going at the beginning of September the pool was already closed for the season. Our room was very nice and so was most of the staff. We enjoy gambling and Friday night we had an amazing time at the craps table. Saturday was a different story. We had one dealer that was just rude and so unpleasant my husband stopped and i never joined because she was just ruing the good vibe of the table. Other then that we had an amazing experience
