Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

All good, needs a little update

Hotels rooms are spacious, staff is accommodating, and casino/restaurant experience is top notch!

First, the check-in line took nearly 30 minutes with minimal help. Multiple staff members walked past us through the double doors without acknowledging the long line—a simple heads-up or greeting would have gone a long way. Second, despite reserving a double queen room, we were assigned a single king. When we returned to the desk, one employee told us to wait for someone else, only to step back in and take over the process anyway, creating an unnecessary wait. Third, after finally getting assigned the right room, our key cards didn't work, forcing us back down to wait in line yet again. As for the room itself, it was clean but outdated, and the blow-dryer only blew cold air. On a positive note, the restaurant and casino staff were awesome!

No housekeeping unless you call and ask and it took awhile to reach someone

No circulation fans in rooms. Smell musky. Pool closed at 7. Bed was hard.

What a find! We needed a one night stay while traveling. Great deal at this amazing hotel. Fun downstairs in the casino was a bonus!

This is a beautiful property and once you’re there you never have to leave. Great entertainment.

Room was clean but bathroom was terrible.wan wasn’t draining in sink and shower. Need to repair these drainage coz it fills with water when using. No room service was given, when I came back to room around at 5:00pm no towels no coffee.

The property is nice. We arrived in the morning hours after 3 am and the front desk personnel were extremely helpful with everything. J. Scott and Elizabeth helped us get everything straightened out. They were very patient and helpful with our stay.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was huge and very nice. The only bad thing about it was you could smell cigarette smoke in the room. It was faint, but it was there. It was a non smoking room and floor, but you can tell it was previously smoked in.

Big room gray pool, but very few accessible power outlets for our devices

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. Really nice staff. We didn’t use the pool, but it’s great they have one! Nice little gym as well and great food options!
