Holiday Inn Express & Suites Shreveport - Downtown by IHG

My bedroom felt unclean. The floor needed to be vacuumed better. The shower was disgusting. There was black discoloration/staining along the caulk and grout joints. The caulk around the sink appeared to be deteriorating or separating in places. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. There was an old washcloth from a previous guest under the sink in the back corner. Positive notes: The staff were nice, the king size bed was amazing, and the breakfast was great too.

Clean and ok breakfast but that's about it. Water was weak, tv didn't work, and most of the power outlets didn't work

Room was clean and staff were super friendly. Overall great experience!

Work out room wasn't the best equipped. Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Would stay again if visiting the area.

Let me start say the Hotel was very clean the lobby the hallway and the room parking lot overall was just awesome Staff very nice and helpful and very very peaceful and quiet. 5 Star all the way through

The Staff were very friendly and helpful and service was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic (8+ out of 10) and the dining area was very clean. The biggest complain was cleanliness. Our shower was clearly not cleaned after the last occupant and the stairwells were filthy and the shared bathrooms on the first floor were disgusting and toilets filled with human waste.

Room was filthy. Mold in shower. Room was a king suite, looks like the property did a remodel and took the kitchen out.

The front desk clerks were professional and kind.

The property was clean

We checked in at 2:00am and the two ladies working were so nice and helpful. The property is old and oddly shaped but I’m the beds were comfortable and clean. The parking lot is not secured, which is my only complaint. It’s right under the interstate and between two major intersections and has no fencing or gates.

Excellent place to stay.

There were two issues with our room. The shower would not drain so it overflowed. My shower had to be done in about 90 seconds to keep from the water overflowing. Second, we found that there were ants in the room on the floor. My son laid some clothes on the floor and the ants were covering it. I would say there were at least 100 visible ants. The hotel did give us a discount without asking.

Room was already cooled when we checked in. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Wow!! The breakfast was the Best

I booked online for a suite and when I got there they told me they didn’t have one available and I was still charged for the price of a suite

The property was well centered on the Avent that I was attending and ALL staff from the Front Desk to the housekeeping team was very friendly.....Loved my stay
