Beautiful old building! Great room! Close to lots of things. Really enjoyed it!

Under some construction and the AC didn't work very well. Left after about 2 hours to find another hotel. It's a beautiful place, I just think we got there at tge wrong time of year

Helpful staff, restful stay, and lovely room.

Cool property but a few things that weren't great - didn't clean room or even offer clean towels. Very short staffed - the front desk was frequently vacant and one person had to do it all (check in/out, questions, valet, get towels etc) Very friendly staff and cool vibe.

I would’ve given this property 5 stars across the board except for one thing. I felt like the front desk staff during my check in was not super friendly. The rest of the staff throughout our stay seemed fine. Other than that, this property is great! Cute, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Unique property. Relaxing atmosphere in the common area. If you want something a little different from the usual chain hotel, this is a nice option.

Check in was pleasant and easy. We grabbed our stuff and they took the car key for valet from the front desk. Lobby is beautiful and fun. Bar is nice and folks were actually using it, which was great. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Loved the staff. When we checked out they'd already brought our car around. Our room was on the second floor and was very pretty. We loved the decor, made us feel fancy. Bed was amazing, room temp was perfect, and there was plenty of hot water--so all my must-haves were checked off. Because the building is historic there are oddities. We see them as a feature. We had a window that opened to the lobby below. Hallway art is amazing. Each room named for an artist. Love that. There is a third floor roof top area that has a view of the park next door, but it was rented for an event so we didn't really get to check it out. The location is great for walking to downtown restaurants and clubs. Not a huge nightlife, but there's plenty of good restaurants and bars walkable to the hotel. It's a little far to walk to the casinos at night, but an easy Uber/Lift. This is the only place I will stay going forward when I make the annual trek to Shreveport.

Very clean; comfortable bed; good location; interesting historical building; quiet- despite being downtown.

The tub was rusty - didn’t take a bath because of the rusty state ! The couches look super old .

Awesome staff and beautiful hotel. The floor plan of the hotel is odd, with a long walk from the front entrance to the guest rooms.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the eclectic decor. We were greeted with complimentary wine and every need was met. Loved our stay!

The property is a literal work of art! The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get the jets on the tub work and that the outlets were "loose" around my phone charger. Minor minor issues. Loved the property

I had an incident in my room and the front office person was only able to give me an email to send my information too.

Everything was great.The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean.
