Awesome staff and beautiful hotel. The floor plan of the hotel is odd, with a long walk from the front entrance to the guest rooms.

Great experience! The location is excellent and close to everything, making it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the friendliness of the staff and the eclectic decor. We were greeted with complimentary wine and every need was met. Loved our stay!

The property is a literal work of art! The room was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get the jets on the tub work and that the outlets were "loose" around my phone charger. Minor minor issues. Loved the property

I had an incident in my room and the front office person was only able to give me an email to send my information too.

Everything was great.The staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean.

It was great!! The staff was the most important thing to me. They were very nice and had great customer service skills. Air conditioning was super cold which is great because it’s hot as hell in Louisiana. The room was clean. I do think they should have a microwave and more tissue in the room. There was only a used half of roll in my room, but other than that I will give 5 stars.

Charming hotel, however the room we were in was extremely old and it had stated the rooms have been updated. You can hear almost everything in the lobby and people walking up the stairs if you are on the second floor.

Very disappointed with our experience. If you arrive after 10:00 p.m., be aware that the parking garage is closed and there is no front desk staff on duty. We had to find the after-hours entrance, and thankfully the overnight security guard was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was another story. The room key didn’t work, there was no working key available for us, there was no hand soap, the floor was dirty, and we found hair, blood on a pillow, holes in the pillow shams, and black pubic hairs in the bed. We left within about 20 minutes and never stayed the night. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to authorize a refund through Expedia, claiming we “used the room.” That was extremely disappointing given the condition of the room.

My husband and I found this gem a year ago and have been back several times just to enjoy the hotel. Some of the staff has changed…but the atmosphere has not. The boutique hotel has a beautiful lobby and the rooms are amazing. All of the staff go out of their way to make you feel like you just came home. We were just as comfortable sitting in the lobby by the bar watching the rain storm talking with staff and other guests as we were being in the room. You will not regret visiting this hotel!

Great place to stay. The place was clean and conveniently located with great amenities. The best part is the customer service and decor.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. A/c didn't seem to be room controlled so was a bit warm.

The room smelled like cigarettes and when asked about it I was given a diffuser to help clear the odor, then I noticed I was charged for the diffuser as well!
