Major power outage, casino continued to operate while rooms were left without power

The hotel was awesome! We loved everything but the staff. The lady at the counter was rude.

The only problem that I had with the room was the bed. The mattress was too soft and felt like it was worn. We found it very uncomfortable. We would seem to sink into a hole and it was next to impossible to get comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. And the top coverlet looked old and worn. It would also be nice to have a covered parking for the hotel guests. Due to the holiday, I was only able to stay one night, but after the bed experience, I’m glad I didn’t have to TRY to sleep in that bed another night. Also,, the walls seem to be thin because the guests next to us talked a lot and every time they left the room, they let the door slam shut. And some guest would talk real loudly in the hall and I didn’t like that.I know that’s not the property’s fault, but you would think that people would respect others more. But I could have gotten past everything except the bed being so uncomfortable. There was only one place opened where you could sit down to eat. They had two more restaurants but they never opened while we were there. I doubt if I would ever book another room at that particular Margaritaville.

I would visit Bossier City and stay at Margaritaville again.

Well maintained loved everything about it.

There isn't valet service Sunday - Thursday which should be stated on the website. The bellman helped guest bring luggage from the parking area which was a plus. All in all the hotel is nice but they should really consider valet service daily.

The pool area was very crowded. At least half the people there were not wearing wrist bands. It also seemed as though the people next door were bowling in their room.

Our room was a corner room with a balcony! It was AMAZING!

Everything was great

The rooms were clean and the stay wasn’t bad at all. The casino was a little smaller than I expected and had a lot of the same machines. Food options were pretty limited too. Overall, it was an okay experience, just nothing that really stood out, and I’d probably try a different casino next time

It was great clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful only thing that was unfortunate is someone threw up in the pool and then the pool was closed the rest of the day. Also the bartender at the pool bar was very stressed and over worked trying to service the pool hot tub area and the bar area and keep people out of the pool. She had a cussing fit and then walked off for a break.

Clean room and casino

The stay was okay, not great. Was here for the week working and tried to enjoy the evenings as best we could. Dining options were just so-so, nothing special with understaffing an obvious issue. Rooms were decent and parking was abundant. We might stay again as it still seemed to be the better situated casino in the area.

I did not eat breakfast there. There didn't appear to have any place to sit and eat. Water pressure very weak at sink. There was a tile sticking up in the shower.

The only odd thing was having a master lighting switch at the door< which confused us at first. A call to the front desk educated us and all was great after that.
